Description of Work: Dryer had a bathing suit strap rapped around motor. Strap was removed and it worked again.

Description of Work: The service provider answered the phone and scheduled the service for the next morning on my oven repair. The service technician called ahead and was prompt in his arrival. The technician was very pleasant and professional and made the repairs in about 45 minutes. The cost seemed reasonable and included house call, parts, labor and warranty for one year. I would use this appliance repair service again.

Description of Work: Washing machine repair request. First visit was timely and punctual. Discovered 2 problems as to why washer would not spin. Did not have one of the 2 parts in stock. Said he would be back in 2 days as he was completely scheduled the next day. Called next day and said he could squeeze me in. Did so, but was an hour late. Not a big deal as he did get there a day earlier than scheduled. Once the 2 parts were installed he discovered that the motor drive was the real problem but couldn't discover that until the other parts were repaired. He said the motor issue would cost a lot more and suggested that based on the age of the washer (7 years old) that he would buy a new one for not significantly more than replacing the motor. I thought that was terrific. In addition he did not charge me for the parts, just of one site visit.

Description of Work: My husband called and described the problem to the woman on the phone, it was a dryer problem (no heat ). He called late in the day and so there were no appointments available that day. We were told that the repairman would be out the next day and would call when on his way. They called the next day and showed up promptly. They described what was wrong, fixed the problem quickly and were on their way. Perfect!

Description of Work: This is the only company that I will use for applicance repairs. Neal, an experienced technician, was prompt, professional and fair in diagnosing the problem with my Jenn-Air stove. Accardo's is fortunate to have him.

Description of Work: Repaired belt and door switch on gas dryer. Punctual, very professional, quick response/same day service. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: called accardo's first thing in the am & got their answering service. the company called back an hour later & set up an appointment that morning. the technician showed up on time, assessed the situation & gave us an approximate price $450.it was the 3rd strike for the refrigerator so we opted for a new one. the cost for the sevice call was $65,a fair deal nowadays in my opinion.
