Description of Work: Angie's "Big Deal" was for National Air to run tests on my 26 year old furnace to ensure it was running correctly...GIVEN ITS AGE. Their inspection and corrections indicated to me that National Air was the company I'd been looking for to replace my entire HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) system BEFORE IT FAILED. I'd been actively looking for an HVAC dealer to perform the installation, but none seemed to know their products...at least not a well as National Air's representative. As a result, I had National Air installed an entire HVAC system costing over $13,000. National Air's technical representative, Roland, knew every detail of the project AND knew all the discounts available from Trane and Cleco (our electricity provider). National Air's installers were very well trained, courteous, and prompt. Their installation exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: Roy started with a visit to our house on a Saturday, answered all of my detail-orinted questions and provided additional ideas and analysis that benefitted our home. The execution was focused and well done under hot conditions by two of Roy's installation staff. Roy works very hard and probably spreads himself a little thin but overall, this company came highly recommended and we can support that assertion. It was quite a pleasure.

Description of Work: They discovered the problem quickly, a computer board having gone kaput. It took them the weekend to order the part because of supply problems on Sunday in New Orleans. Later, the second repairman (installer of the computer board) said he could have made the system operate by doing a bypass to the control box. All the work was quite professional, friendly, and at a good rate, but I wish the second repairperson had been there first, because I went out and bought a small window A/C in the wilting New Orleans heat of August -- otherwise, we were prepared to go to a motel. P.S. I did end up taking back the $100 A/C and getting my money back. My memory of the total cost includes a special $69 inspection they made of the whole system. I am estimating the cost of the computer board. |

Description of Work: USED ANGIE DEAL FOR ANNUAL AIR CONDITIONING CHECK. THE GENTLEMAN WHO PERFORMED THE SERVICE WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING, ETC. WAS VERY PLEASED AND WOULD USE NATIONAL AIR IN THE FUTURE.

Description of Work: I purchased a $69 Big Deal for an A/C Tune-Up, Cleaning, and Inspection. The service was for my Mother. She said they came out for the job and everything was fine. There may have been additional fees.
