Description of Work: Scheduling the appointment was easy and he was on time. Although I had purchased only the AC tune-up and cleaning, at a bargain price, the technician did not try to sell me any additional service. In fact, when I inquired about the cost of repairing what I thought was a minor problem, he assured me that it was "normal wear" and that I might never need to replace or change that part. I asked him to install a digital thermostat, which he did for an additional charge, which was fair. The customer service could not have been better.

Description of Work: Replaced compressor unit and evaporator coil. Initial consultation, installation, and follow-up inspection were all fast, professional, and paid attention to detail. Office personnel were also courteous and responsive.

Description of Work: They initially scheduled the AC Checkup for A couple of weeks ago. They neither called nor showed up. We had to call them to set up the second date for the first visit. |I had paid for the $69.00 inspection and cleaning. They claimed there was no leak, but that it needed over $200.00 for freon. I am no AC mechanic, and I know that R-22 is getting very expensive, but I do not know how so much could be needed without a leak. Then, on the invoice, there was no indication of the quantity so it was impossible to determine if the price was fair or not. They also found a number of other problems for which they will send an estimate, but no estimate has been provided yet. I am not saying that what they did was not correct, I simply do not know. But it is a cliché to pay $69.00 for an inspection that then costs you over $200.00 more, with more to come.
