Description of Work: It was a dirty filter. That's all. The service spotted me on my very unreliable ladder that I would not allow him on to a 12 ft ceiling vent to look at the filter. We hosed it off & put it back. Within minutes the air temp coming out of the vents was cool again. Thank you National Air! A simple fix & a very nice service man. I will call them again & again.

Description of Work: The service technician diagnosed the problem as a plugged condensate line from the downstairs unit. He cleaned that out, but then he also discovered that the line coming from the upstairs unit was also plugged. The two lines are tied together and really should not be, so that probably complicated things. Everything's running great now!

Description of Work: I paid for an A/C tune-up and maintenance check up. The Air Conditioner needed to be cleaned and recharged with Freon. That was an additional charge, but it was well worth it because the difference in my A/C efficiency has been noticeably better.

Description of Work: yearly a/c check, but told her they need to fix a part in a/c but the sound will still be there. Not sure what they did because it was for my mom. than they charged $225 on top of $69 service. I ask to subtract $69 from $225 because on fixed income and told me they will see but never called me back.
