Description of Work: I have purchased National Air's AC or Furnace Angie's list tune up several times and have never had a bad experience until this time. The service person (different than the provider on previous visits) tried to convince me that my AC unit was on the brink of dying and then began offering many expensive (very expensive) services to prevent this imminent demise. He showed me lots of gauges and readings and when I asked if he could elaborate or explain in more detail what these numbers meant and how they indicated that the unit was failing he told me that I wasn't really qualified to understand these readings. I explained that both the unit was covered under the manufacturer's warranty and home warranty, so before agreeing to any service I wanted to make sure that the problems he was finding weren't covered. Somehow this made my problems disappear, or at least become problems that I might experience in about 5 years. Not cool, National Air! And, very disappointing to have happen after several very positive experiences.
