Description of Work: The first person scheduled to do the service was very late--I finally called and he told me he needed to get some lunch and would be by after that. Since I was taking time off of work to be there and could not wait for him to have lunch, I just said I would reschedule. The fact that I had to call him to find out where he was and when he would be coming was frustrating. I called their office to reschedule (since I had already paid through Angie's List, I couldn't cancel), and they were very apologetic and squeezed me in for the next morning. They also sent a different service person out, which I appreciated. The second service person was right on time and did what the work he was supposed to do. |

Description of Work: Came out to give me a convoluted response to my AC not working and it was never fixed. Actually, it was somewhat workng and new parts were put on and it exploded and stopped. I still don't have working central air to this day. They didn't care I about my plight because I wasn't paying to have the entire system replaced. They were very nice on the phone, but when it came down to this deal, I went to the cleaners, not my AC system.
