THE SERVICE WAS MORE THAN EXPECTED ESPECIALLY ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND.
Description of Work: IT WAS 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND AND WE HAD FAMILY COMING IN TOWN. MY HUSBAND NOTICED THAT THE OUTSIDE UNIT WAS NOT COMING ON. THIS WAS THE LAST THING WE NEEDED SINCE WE WERE EXPECTING COMPANY. I WAS SO UPSET !!!! I CALLED NATIONAL AIR BECAUSE WE HAVE A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THEM AND THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT SHOT AND CALL THEM.( SUNDAY AFTERNOON ) THE ANSWERING SERVICE TOOK MY MESSAGE AND WITHIN 25 MIN SOMEONE CALLED ME BACK. (REALLY SURPRISED) I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND WITHIN 1 HR I HAD A TECH AT MY HOME. THE TECH REALLY TOOK HIS TIME AND EXAMINED THE SYSTEM. MY CONDENSER FAN MOTOR WAS OUT AND THE TECH WAS ABLE TO REPLACE IT. I AM SO GREATEFULL FOR HAVING NATIONAL AIR AS MY AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING PROVIDER. I WOULD REFER THIS PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE COMPANY TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!

Made an appointment on 8/17/10 but they were unable to come out. They give you a window of 9-5pm. Too broad a time. They called the next day that they were coming. They had called another number not the one I had given them but I got the message passed to me. The service man came around 1pm 8-18-10. He found the problem and fixed it and then came to the door and explained what he found and said it was no charge. I thought it was very nice but had suspicion that they just did it so they would get my business since my condenser was on it's last life. Then I went out to do some yard work and noted that one of my sprinkler head was lying on the ground. It was closed to the pathway the service man took to get to out condensers. He has obviously kicked it and broke it. He made no mention of this and this I suspect is why the service was free. I called the company and made a complaint and gave my name and number. I have never heard from them since. I really do not care about monetary compensation, I just think the service man's conduct was unprofessional. Accidents do happen and he should have confessed. I also think it is more unprofessional that the office never returned my call. Needless to say, I think I will go to another company when my condenser goes out.
