National Air

The tech was very professional and I could tell right away that he knew what he was doing. I will use National again for any of my heating and AC needs.

They were super from the beginning when I spoke with someone on the phone to the job being finished. They do good and prideful work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very good job for us. I think they were thorough and they told us some things that we didn't know about our system. It was a fair price.

They said there was a leak on one of the coils and that it would cost a ton of money to repair. I was able to find another service provider that was able to get me a whole new unit for less than the amount National Air had quoted me to repair my old unit.

I was using only window units and wall furnaces before. They were prompt and very professional. The quality of work is unmatched. Everyone who sees the work wants to know who did it so they can call them. The only way it could be better is if were FREE! Excellent work, excellent price and excellent people.

He came a couple of hours late. He was supposed to come like that afternoon but he arrived around 6:30 to 7:00 in the evening. We have bought the deal for the tune up but then he came and he just looked it up and said that there was a problem with our heater and gave an estimate of $4,500 but I never called anybody else to cross check if the estimate was right or what the problem was. So instead of the tune up, he gave an estimate and left. There was no tune up done but he did try to find the problem and wrote an estimate. It was not entirely a great experience. His attitude was okay.

National Air did a spring checkup of my central A/C units and a walkthrough of my home to optimize unit performance. During the inspection the tech found an issue with one of the units which he talked me through, explained my options and repaired quickly. Will certainly use them again going forward

I told Roy at National Air a long time ago that I would do a review for him, and have neglected my promise. We had a tough renovation including a lying general contractor and a lazy electrician. Roy and the guys at National Air were the exact opposite. They did what they said they would do, were prompt professional, and fast. The fit right in with the renovation - removed the old equip, reducted the whole house - underneath and in attic - relined the units and installed things right. They were in and out faster than any of the subs. Roy also helped with financing and offered a great warranty - honoring his pledge on Angies List. I have had only one issue post installation (caused by the lazy electrician) and Roy's guys came out in a hour and identified the problem. I can't say enough good things about National Air, and frankly it is good to know that when I have problems in the future I won't have to call anyone else.

I thought the technician would open the burner area and clean inside. My unit is seven years old and has a closed burner chamber. He said they didn't need to do that. He checked the current draw of the motors and vacuumed the exterior. He cleaned the flame sensor. He measured the temperature rise from intake to outlet register. I watched all he did. Overall, I can do what he did for free.

Nguyen was very polite, punctual, and explained his findings to me.

Was on time and made sure everything was clean and working before he left.

They scheduling was smooth and efficient. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. We expected to be offered more services to pay for, but they stayed within the deal. That made them seem trustworthy and we would use again.

Perfectly. Nguyen called to tell me when he was on his way to our home and the expected arrival time. Upon completion of the heater inspection, he proceeded to tell us the year-long service fees his company charges. However, he quickly said to not buy them and just keep an eye out for the Angie's List deal for AC and heater tune-ups. I thought that this was very respectable.

Maria was the first person I talked to. She is extremely personable and professional. We set up a time for Roy to do an estimate. Roy is very patient and matter of fact about what needed to do be done with the 35 year old air and 40 year old heating unit in my home. Duct work also needed upgrading. He gave me 5 units to choose from ranging from $6,768.00 to $10,962.00 which I believe is a fair range of choices. He was not hard sell and gave me a couple of weeks to make a decision and get me my price. The fellows who came to do the work are extremely considerate. They did the entire job in one day. I didn't even notice the little extras of care they took from beginning to end until they were long gone. They hauled everything off and left my home actually looking better then when they came in. It was a very long, hot day and they remained very courteous throughout. Roy came back by to inspect everything. He runs a tight ship. In spite of it being their busy season everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

CLEANED UNIT AND REPLACED FAN MOTOR

They were very punctual and polite. They called me to let me know they could get me in earlier which worked out well for us. They were able to do what needed done & they made an appointment to do an A/C checkup.

National Air performed a tune up on our A/C. Very solid work, very professional, good price.

The technician was courteous and professional. He discovered a wiring problem during the checkup, which he corrected at no additional charge. Unfortunately he also found my duct work to be in bad need of replacement. He provided an estimate for that work, and I plan to contact National Air as soon as I can fund that project.

We were very happy to receive same day service from National. We called to schedule at 8am and they were able to send a technician out the same afternoon. They called to notify us when he was on his way, which is a wonderful courtesy. The technician was friendly, professional, and very patient with our excitable dogs. The problem turned out to be as simple as dust interfering with an electrical connection, so he just charged us for the basic service call fee (as opposed to adding in a repair charge). He also gave us some recommendations for maintaining our heating and cooling systems. We will definitely be calling them next time we need maintenance or repair.

Gave report and explained what was good, what needed repair and why. He took his time and it appeared that he did a thorough job. Referred me to their customer sales rep for replacement on A/C unit. Professional.

The tech was professional & pleasant. We talked about the possibility of replacing our existing air conditioning unit and the tech asked if we would like a quote. We said we would like the company to send someone to give us a quote. We indicated that we did want a quote, but no one from the company ever contacted us.

Guy sent had problems with gate entry system. We twice had to go down to the street gate to let him in-- he couldn't enter the code on a phone keypad while someone was talking him through it from my house. The first time was okay, the second was over the top. We had suggested that he block the gate open if he was having problems; but, a "*" and four digits?? Once in, he looked at the filter, found it was clean. He proceeded to leave the filter sitting on the floor. He spent 10 minutes, basically running a shop vac around in my A/C closet and was finished. The service was worthless. The only good thing is that he did not speak, or make any noise (other than the shop vac) while in my home. When he left, the A/C filter was still sitting on my living room floor and the vent cover was hanging down and open. Worthless.
