The guy came out and said that what I needed done wasn't a part of the deal and that he would come back to do the inspection and he never did.

There were four workers that came out to complete the work. It took them about a week to complete the work. They did great work, great customer service. A good experience all around. I would tell family and friends that they would receive good service.

It went well except that I do not know if they have rechecked the thermostat because 5 days later, it fell off the wall, and needed to be replaced on the floor which was a big problem. They were out there on June 24. It would not stop the wall and screw up the wall on July 3, according to my tenant. The repairman was out there the next day from a different company to replace it and check out this thing again. They stacked to the deal price but I do not know how to sign off on everything if there is a lose thermostat.

Excellent quality, excellent service, I was pleased with them all around.

National Air service technician came out at exact time appointment was for. Service tech was very knowledgable and gave several tips on lowering electricity bill. I felt very satisfied with the quality of service I received from National Air & would recommend them to homeowners in the Louisiana area.

He checked the central system inside and cleaned and checked it outside. He checked the system with his gauges and said it was running okay. Before leaving, he checked the cooling temperature and said it was okay. Last year when I had the preseason cleaning and checkup, the company that I used tried to charge for refrigerant, but I watched him and he did not add any. This service person said that none was needed.

Bought the deal and with the deal I stated in the comments to National Air that the purchase was for my daughters house. I gave them her phone number a told them to contact her. I also filled out their form on which days I was available for the service. The next day I got an email asking when I wanted to set up the appointment. The next week I got a call asking when I would like to schedule, I told the lady we were on vacation to call my daughter and schedule it with her. The lady never did call my daughter. Three weeks after purchasing the deal I called and scheduled an appointment. National Air call on the day of the appointment to confirm and the tech called when he was on his way. The tech was very professional and did a good job. I'm giving national air a C because of the unprofessional job of the scheduler.

I called National Air and told them the problem. They came out right away, diagnosed the problem. I needed to replace the condenser on the air conditioner. They had the parts needed and fixed it in no time. I would highly recommend National Air for any air conditioner problems

All Went well. They came, diagnosed the problem and showed me the problem. The part was under warranty but the labor was not. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service

The Friday before Memorial Day my a/c unit starting working poorly. I waited until Monday to call and find someone to come to my house on Tuesday so I didn't have to pay weekend or holiday labor. I saw on Angie's list a special for 69.00 spring a/c check. I called at 9:00 Memorial Day and they actually answered the phone.(1st good sign). I explained my problem and wanted a check up the next day. I told the lady my work schedule and she was able to schedule me for the very next morning around my work schedule.(2nd great sign). The service guy showed up on time, did the inspection saw that my unit had frozen up. He thawed the line did the inspection and told me I needed Freon.i had him fill my freon and my unit was working again.( DO NOT STOP READING) He charged me the 69.00 fee and gave me a 10% discount on the Freon. I went to work came home at 4:45 to find my house at 85 degrees. I called them back to say I still had a problem. Even though it was close to closing time. They returned my call. They had a guy Roland in the area and would send him to my house. He came to the house and found that my compressor had gone out . This was totally unrelated to the earlier service call. My unit was 20 years old and the previous owners had already used a stop gap measure. Roland understood that I had financial hardships and gave me different options. 1. Replace compressor ( expensive and not to smart considering the age of unit) 2. Replace only outside part of unit. (Least expensive but eventually I would have to replace the inside) doing this in 2 trips would add approx. 1600.00 to the total cost. 3. Replace the whole unit. ( most expensive but would save me money in the long run) . It was getting late and needed to get a window unit and figure which option I wanted to use and how to afford the cost. Roland gave me his cell number at 9:00 p.m. And said to call him that night anytime so he could schedule my work for the next day. I had gotten estimates from 3 other a/c companies earlier this year because I was remodeling my house. Their estimate was much lower than anyone else's. They also credited my earlier payment of 271.00 even though the 2nd problem had nothing to do with the earlier service. Ii called Roland at 10:00 pm on his own time. He answered and I told him I wanted to the whole thing however I wanted it done the next day. He was able to arrange service for the next morning. Again around my work schedule. The next day it was storming but they showed up on time. I asked them to also move the thermostat and they said no problem. They worked fast, clean, and in terrible weather to make me comfortable. I had gone to work and they finished before I got home. Roland came to check the work and waited for me to get home to get the payment and show me the work. He waited 30 minutes. Roland also suggested I could donate the inside part of the a/c for a tax credit. WOW, I recommend this company wholeheartedly their customer service and caring are beyond compare. Thank you Marie and Roland at National Air. I am comfortable in my own home and feel you listened to me and helped me.

The entire process what great! Maria, the office manager, was so warm, personable and thoughtful. One of my favorite things that both Maria and the service provider did was call to check-in with me about an unexpected delay as well as giving me a call 30 minutes before the provider was to arrive. This simple phone call makes all the difference in the whole waiting and planning of the rest of my day. Once the service provider reached my home, he was quick and thorough in his inspection. Additionally, he even remembered that he had been out to my house for my heater check up several months ago. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive, personal, and efficient.

I CALLED ON A SUNDAY AND ASKED FOR A SERVICE REPAIR CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY. I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD HAVE A REPAIRMAN OUT THAT SAME DAY! (IT’S GOOD DO KNOW THAT IF I WAS DESPERATE I COULD HAVE A SERVICE CALL THE SAME DAY – EVEN IF IT WAS A SUNDAY!!!. WHEN NGUYEN ARRIVED HE CHECKED EVERYTHING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. ALL THAT WAS NEED WAS A NEW START-UP KIT (OR BATTERY) FOR THE COMPRESSOR OUTSIDE. VERY SATISFIED – AS ALWAYS!! I WILL ALWAYS USE (AND RECOMMEND TO ALL) NATIONAL AIR FOR ANY A/C OR HEATING SERVICE

The repairman came out the day after I called right on time. The A/C unit had frozen over and needed a day to thaw. The repairman was honest and thorough in explaining the problem, and came back the next day and fixed it quickly and effectively, giving me multiple options and prices for various levels of diagnostic and repair. I will absolutely use this company again for any further issues.

The project actually started almost two months before the work began. Roy gave my residence a complete survey which took several hours and probably the most detailed list of options I've ever seen. The work of removing two old systems and replacing them with a state of the art new one went like clockwork. Joel and his crew showed up each day promptly at 8am and went right to work. After each day's work was complete, the job site was thoroughly cleaned up before the crew departed. The most laborious part was hanging all new ducting, but it was completed exactly as promised. Finally, the new thermostats (much like an iPad) were installed, and the unit started working perfectly. The day after installation completed, Roy showed up to do a complete inspection of all work and to check the airflow to each room, making adjustments as needed. Throughout the project, Roy was always available through his cell phone. It was certainly a pleasure working with Roy and the rest of his team at National Air. They will be my choice for seasonal preventive maintenance.

Quick response, reasonable price and quality work. The tech took the time to tell me what the problem was and why the part failed, this is something you typically do not get with a service provider.

It all started with the proposal. Roland did a good job of explaining everything to us . He offered us several different systems to choose from. There was no push to buy one system over the other, unlike three other proposals I got from well-known New Orleans companies. One salesman went into my attic and start ripping insulation off my metal ducts to show me that they had surface rust on them. He insisted that I should replace all my metal ductwork with flexible ductwork. The removal and installation of two complete systems was done in one day. They covered all my flooring and stairway to prevent damage while installing the systems. When the installation was complete all trash and the two old systems were hauled away. Roland programed the Comfort Link II and XL624 thermostats and showed us how to work them. They both are wifi capable and we can adjust temperatures and settings from our mobile phones.The new Trane XV 18 is incredible.

It went well and he arrived on time.

Have used National twice so far this season and couldn't be happier with their service. Roland came out and worked on the two central air units for their spring/summer tune up and got us ready for summer, and when an internal problem came up related to the original install (not done by National) he quickly spotted the problem and corrected for a fraction of what I was afraid was going to be a total replacement. Maria in the office is super fast and responsive and overall they are one of the very few service providers I've grown to trust 100% in the NOLA area. National does it right!

It worked out fine. They came when they said they would. They scheduled me very quickly. They did what they said they would. They'd been here before for something else. They went upstairs and did the stuff they needed to do. They were very courteous. I did my work and they did theirs. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced. It was obvious that it needed to be replaced.

The experience turned out okay. I thought they could have done more. They didn't suggest anything, they said everything was fine. The price was cheaper than other people.

The service guy came out a week ago to give us an estimate on adding an air return to our home to improve air flow. He was nice and seemed knowledgable. The problem is that when we are running the air conditioner one side of my house is freezing, and the other side is hot, and when the heat is running one side of the house is like a furnace, and the other side of the house is freezing. He said he had some ideas that may solve the issue, and he would email us an estimate. It has been a week, and we are still waiting. We contacted the office, and called him. He has not responded at all. We have also been checking our email daily to see if we have received a quote.

Then, the day of the scheduled the service they called and said it was too cold outside and that they would come the following day instead. The next day came and went and no one showed up and no one called me. A few days later I called Angie's list and asked them to reach out to the company. I called Angie's list again and was told that the company had two weeks to respond to a request. In the meantime, I have had my A/C serviced by someone else. So, the services are no longer required and I would have been happy to use National Air had they shown up at the second scheduled appointment or had contacted me regarding the missed appointment rather than me having to contact Angie's List first.
