National Air

It took couple of calls and couple of missed appointments for the AC technician to finally got here, good thing we were in no rush. The very professional gentleman came over and spent less than 1 hour servicing 2 of our AC units, we paid $69 each. He went to the attic and inspect the AC ducts, in addition to evaluating AC compressors outside. I expected some sort of system lubrication, but he said modern AC systems do not require that.

We were in an urgent situation and our original a/c person would not accept responsibility for some problems that were caused from his faulty installation. He added coolant to our leaking a/c system ----even though he wasn't going to fix it and it kept leaking, which is a massive EPA violation. National Air came out as soon as possible, evaluated the situation, made recommendations and advised us of things we needed to do ASAP to be brought up to code--and to be safe.

needed a new HVAC system for my home received 3 bids for the system, not only did NATIONAL AIR give me the best price , equipment was of greater quality. the sales rep Roland Rojas was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs we settled on a system that best met my needs and price . the installers were on time, kept my house clean, put runners down, and made sure not to do any damage to my home. work was done on time and everything cleaned up each day. I have a second home that will need updating soon and I will use NATIONAL AIR again. GREAT JOB!

Tech arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, but they did let me know. He worked quickly and cleanly, answered all my questions, and was kind enough to check a strange noise I was having when the air-conditioner was running.

Showed up on time, sufficiently performed task stated above.

We have used National Air over the past few years for a/c and heater inspection due to the great deal they continually offer year in and year out; and have always been pleased. Mr. Nguyen is always right on time and very knowledgeable. Everything went well on the last inspection-performed on June 19, 2014. Not quite one month later, the unit stopped cooling sometime in the late afternoon -we were not at home until evening time and the house was an oven. Knowing National Air does not offer after hours/24 hour emergency service- I called another company. They determined the unit was out of freon and had to charge it up . Very pricey-BUT..the unit IS 20 years old, and there were lawn care men and contractors who had been working near the unit , so I suppose it is possible that they may have inadvertently caused damage to our unit which caused the leak--no way of knowing for certain as the a/c tech did not indicate. That said- we still will use National Air again and do recommend:-)

It was fine. I was hoping he would find the cause of a noise but he did not. He did his job though and did what he was supposed to do.

That service turned out fine. They came out and did the tune up. They gave some recommendations for some upgrades too.

I was very happy with them. They showed me a very good product. I am happy with the trained product. I know it's the top of the line, but still it's expensive. The quality is excellent.

Nguyen was awesome!! I expected an expensive and long repair process. But he found the problem and replaced the part in under an hour!! Happy tenants means a happy client! Thank you Nguyen and National Air. Best service in New Orleans. National Air is honest, friendly, fast and thorough!

My unit was so old, that they couldn't cover what was needed under my deal. My unit is over 30 years old, and they said it wasn't worth the cleaning. They're sending someone else out to quote the main problem, and they were very easy to deal with. I recently had surgery, and was unable to get around at the time they initially came to do the work. They could have said they had done it, and I never would have known the difference. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity, and I cannot brag on them enough.

Everything was done very professionally, caring about how I wanted things done and being as thorough as anyone could have possibly been.

The technician was very professional, showed on time, explained everything to me. He went beyond by trying to figure out the warranty with me to make sure I did not have to pay more than I had to. I would definitely use them again.

I called National Air about 10:30 this morning and a repairman arrived at 1:30 this afternoon after giving me a 30 min notice so I had time to get home. He was very professional, quickly identified the problem and repaired it. He also serviced the system and had me up and running in less than an hour. I had been afraid I wouldn't be able to get someone out in such short notice but National Air did it, I could not be more pleased.

He was very professional and well-organized on the job which I was very impressed however; he didn't talk to me much during his duty which I understood. I highly recommended him for his expertise job in the future.

Everything was great. They were on time and service was quick.

I was not too impressed with them. It was difficult to get something scheduled. They never followed up after the appointment on what they found. It seemed like a huge sales gimmick.

|I told the technician that I needed our unit charged, and that I had the Coolent. he charged the unit for us and our a/c is working better than ever. Great service.

Technician was on time and professional. He did some troubleshooting on my unit and showed me some of the issues it was having. He inspected the inside unit, made some changes and got the unit operating back within normal operating parameters.
