National Air

,I am a repeat customer of National Air because it is the most professional Heat and Air Conditioning company that I have ever used. They have never been late, they call just before they come out, and they solve any problem quickly and professionally. So far, they have never had to return a second time because they didn't have a part or a tool.I highly recommend National Air.

Special price for inspection. Had them come last year also. Gentleman comes on time,works very efficiently and is very nice to work with. Calls ahead when coming (have a dog and I especially appreciate the heads up so I can have dog out of way in bedroom before arrival....and not have to deal with him barking when doorbell rings). Would recommend and appreciate the special price also.

I purchased the " tune up special " for 69 dollars. I was contacted promptly, via email. I was contacted via telephone 1/2 to 1 hour before arrival to let me know the technician was en route. The technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me any " hidden " charges. I was please with this service and would recommend and use again.

Its good. I've used them several times now. The price is reasonable. They seem confident. I went with them because they had a review from Garwin Robinette who is a very well-known TV anchor man here who we trusted. He gave them an excellent review of them. I've been satisfied with them. I haven't had any major work done since then, its just annual checks. I use them roughly every six months. I call them and schedule it and its not a problem. They're very dependable and very friendly.

The service was okay. It works. I probably would not consider using them again in the future.

Excellent. found problem and returned with part the same day. A mnoth later itr would not come on and they came and discovered a home inspector had left the access door slightly open triggering a safety switch not allowing the unit to run. They fixed it and did not charge me.

Entire experience exceeded our expectations, start to finish. Roy and his team listened to our needs, provided recommendations and the work was spot on with what we had decided. Workers were professional and courteous. They were conscious of our home and took care to cover flooring. There were no hidden costs, price quoted was what we paid. This is definitely the type of company you want to to business with and I will do so without hesitation in the future.

I called them twice and I could never get them to follow up to actually do the repairs. They just told us that we needed to have the work done and that they were going to provide us with the proposal and they didn't follow up with that. We called them but they didn't call us back. When we bought the deal they came out within about 2 weeks.

They were really great to work with. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was happy to answer any of my questions. We ended up not getting the unit because we really did not need it. I would have used them if we needed the service, however. I had no problem scheduling the estimate with them.

.He Checked the unit out which was blowing air but it wasn't warm air. He said that he made sure all the wiring was working properly and everything was working as it should. He tested the unit four times and before long the air was blowing warm air. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

That was fine. I had no problems. They came and they did the work. I was happy with it. They did great. There was no additional charge. The price was good because it was the Big Deal.

Easy to make appts. Nguyen the tech shows up on time, is efficient and professional in work manner. Did inspection, noticed slow freon leak on one unit. Added freon ($220). Unit now cools better. Used two coupons bought through Angie's List for inspection of two A/C units ($69/unit inspection).

I was never contacted by this company after I purchased the Deal, so the work has not been done.

My experience turned out fine. They were straight forward. They really worked with us. They made sure the work was done right.

Everything went fine. There was one person here doing the work. He was efficient in the appointment. I had no issues.

The service was fine. The contractors were prompt and fine.

The provider serviced the system, added refrigerant, notified us that the unit was beyond regular maintenance need and should be addressed. They were very efficient and gave all information for our services in a timely and professional manner. We would use the company again in the future.

He performed a checkup of the heater and told us the problem with our AC was not a big issue. He said the heater was working fine when he checked on it, however it did not work the next time we went to use it. I'm not sure as to the reason for this. Could be something not easily seen in an inspection.

They were quick to arrange a first visit to provide a quote and instillation arranged installation for the next day. They ran somewhat behind the day of the install, but called to offer completion of the job that day or a reschedule. They installed quickly and cleaned up. very satisfied with the product and services.

Aside from being a little unreliable as to when they actually showed up (two or three days of phone tag and messages and one missed time spot) I actually liked dealing with this vendor. The person who came to do the work was pleasant, and this is really important to me!

Will he clean the air condition ducks,and turn the heating system on but it was shaking so he told me that ,I need a belt for it and the thermostat was old so he order both parts and it took a week to arrive.

The salesman Roy was very helpful took his time to go over everything we receive several bids theirs was the best we loved that it was not any pressure after they install the system they let us use it for couple of weeks before we settle the bill and then came back to make sure that system is working to our satisfaction

We made the appt on Monday Nov. 17, 2014 for the coupon that was promoted on the site for $69.00. They set it to come it for wednesday Nov.19, 2014 between 11-2 pm. At noon or so wednesday, a representative called and asked if we could reschedule because there were many customers that called for emergencies and being that our issue wasn't an emergency, she wanted to change our appt for a later date. But our unit is leaking as well and we felt it was poor customer service to bump us because of someone else. Then she called back and said the technician would be running a half an hour to an hour late but this call didn't come until 3:30. This pushed back to 4:30-5pm. Well at 6pm we are on the phone and they are asking us if we wanted to make an appt. So my husband spoke with a rep named Maria who begged us not to write a bad review just yet and she will make it better. So we agreed to allow them to come on Friday. So Friday we have an appt between 9 am to 11 am. The tech Roland shows up at 11:30 with no ladder. He gave me an excuse about switching vans and he didn't think to grab the ladder. Then he said well your heater is working fine. We didn't call for just the heater. We called the special they were running so they can check it and give us an estimate because there is leak coming from the unit. He didn't want to drive all the way back to kenner and he said he had too many other appt. He then stated well I am sorry I didn't think about the ladder with a nasty attitude as though I am wrong for questioning his work ethics. How do you not come prepared? We could have spent all this time doing business with someone more professional. They treated us poorly and nothing was done and we wasted valuable time. The holidays are right around the corner and it will be harder to get this taken care of before next week. I will never recommend them to anyone nor will I ever call them for anything even if it is to rectify this situation. We gave them a chance to fix the mishap on Wednesday. When my husband called the company to complain they tried to turn it on us because we didn't mention that they would need a ladder. Really? EPIC FAIL

Technician was very prompt. Performed inspection & cleaning as described. Provided professional advice on optimal performance of furnace.
