Arrived as scheduled. The technician was very professional and courteous. Did not rush in cleaning the compressor, checking Freon, etc.

The technician arrived at my house, after calling 30 minutes before our agreed upon time and arrived on time. He seemed to do a good job. During his inspection, he found that my evaporator coils were filthy and that I needed to replace two capacitors on my system. $650.00 later, My evaporator coils were clean and everything was working great. Approximately five days later, my A/C was blowing hot air, because my evaporator coils were now cleaner than they had been in years?Apparently I had low freon in the system and the restrictions caused by the evaporator coils being dirty allowed the system to work??? But the National Air was great and sent a second technician out on Sunday afternoon when my A/C went out and they didn't charge me for that visit. The technician came back on Monday after troubleshooting the issue with me over the phone on Sunday evening. The level of service the second technician showed definitely made me a bigger fan of National Air. I would definitely recommend them for service, I would also recommend that you keep up with the preventative maintenance on your HVAC system.

Inspected our system on an annual check. In the process spotted some issues with the way the original installer located equipment that made some maintenance difficult to nearly impossible. Offered up a quote for potential remedies and carefully explained the issues at hand. Also discovered some under spec parts used by previous contractor in earlier repairs that has caused repeated condenser failures. Replaced all under spec parts, updated condensers, and did it all very quickly. Brian also provided some quotes for the work needed to remedy the subpar work done by the previous contractor. All work was carefully explained and all documentation was quote legible and easy to read and understand.

Right now both my systems are cooling better than ever and i am totally satisfied with the service and pricing from National Air.

Serviceman was on time and very personable. Had to go get necessary parts and returned later in the day. Did an excellent job and seemed to know a lot about the system.

They gave a time between 8-12. They had an emergency call from a Dr's office completely out of air. They called and said they might not make it during scheduled time. Then called and said would be 11:30 and were there. Was general checkup and no extra charges.

Did not arrive when scheduled because secretary had wrong phone number. The second day appointment was made for Thursday between 8:30am and 12:00pm he did not arrive because he got stung by bees. Another man showed up at 1:30pm.

Everything was checked and cleaned and Brian was a wealth of knowledge. Gave me some great tips on how to improve airflow throughout the house and how to get more performance out of the system beyond what I had paid for. They had to reschedule twice which was annoying, but the end result was good.

had some issues scheduling (some miscommunication), then the one-hour windows scheduled by the office weren't realistic to the techs - but no one told me that until the tech was there. So there was a late arrival, but the service did happen in about a hour.

I wasn't present to greet the person but a friend was and said it was a pleasant experience. They were convenient, punctual and I have no complaints about the service.

I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and professionalism of the two installers. They arrived on-time, and immediately replaced the outside compressor, setting it on it's slab but with a new base cover. Next the removed the old system, which was included when this house was built. However, 2 notes: the original system, as is sadly typical in a spec-house build, was apparently very poorly designed. I heard from many A/C professionals that the system, which is no longer made, was prone to coolant leaks through the coils (mine had leaked dry). Secondly, the original system was placed between 2 joists (in an otherwise empty, large attic) in such a way that it limited what could replace it. These guys took things in stride. After removing the old system and measuring space, they did all the cutting and fabricating outside. When they went to the attic the new system went in very smoothly. They did have one issue which involved being sent out with an incorrect coil assembly, but I completely forgive that because they quickly replaced it. My second floor is now once again chilly! The entire effort only took about 4 hours (not including replacement time for the wrong coil). Very pleased.

We originally had a misunderstanding after service was completed, but Brian corrected everything and did a very thorough job of explaining everything to me.

He was very efficient & on time. He also changed my thermostat while he was there so I did not need to call for another service appointment. I was very pleased with the professionalism. I will use them again.

I have two A/C units. Nguyen came on time, inspected each unit, provided the services included in the coupon price. He was here for one hour. He stated that everything was OK and was gone! (I just wish he had been a little more thorough going through exactly what was done with me and then stating everything was okay. Instead he just pointed to the receipt and list of services.)

I was promptly emailed with instructions to call and schedule. I got an appointment within 1 day. Brian Meyer was our technician. He was a few hours later than the scheduled window, and worked past his normal hours to fit us in that day. Or air conditioning went out the night before so he also fixed that promptly with a new part he had in his truck. He was efficient, professional and explained everything to me. He even told me about a part that is not working optimally and was honest about the fact that it may go out soon or last all summer. He gave me the option to replace it now or wait. He very well could have been dramatic and acted like It was absolutely necessary to replace it today. I appreciate that!

The guy came in on time and did the job promptly. I think the price was fair and the service was excellent. I will use them again for sure.

Scheduling was easy. Brian called about 45 minutes before his arrival. After cleaning and inspecting he found we were low on Freon for one of our units, so we had him fix that. He was very nice and professional. Never an upsell. I recommend National Air and will definitely use them again.
