I have not yet had a complaint of the quality or craftsmanship of work performed by my company. My number one goal is to never have an unhappy customer due to things that are in my control. I do believe that there is no such thing as a 100% perfect job, but I strive to be as perfect as possible. If you look hard enough you can find a flaw in anything.
