Description of Work: We were getting information and bids to do a kitchen remodel, retile of the house and knock down a few walls. Mr. Terrell was very pleasant on the phone and came over to measure and review our wishes. We spent three hours with him going oer our wants and needs and what he could do. He told us that he would work up a bid and give us a call. That is the last we heard from him. He never called nor returned our calls. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to say that he found he would be too busy for us but we got nothing.
