They initially seemed quite a service oriented company, as they responded very quickly and scheduled the appointment for a day or so after contacting them. The repair man was even slightly early for the scheduled time - very rare and appreciated. He was here for approximately 1 hour and said that my washer had a faulty control panel. I paid him $70 which we were told would go towards parts and/or labor. My husband contacted them 3 business days later and was told that they needed to look into ordering the part and get us an estimate. Now, 10 days since the service call, we have not heard back. We have scheduled a different repair service for next week. $70 for a diagnosis and then no follow-up. I would not recommend them at all.

When I called on Saturday, I was told it was $80 for a service call and that would be applied to whatever parts and labor were needed. He ordered parts and came back on Monday to fix and I was charged $140 for parts and labor and told that the $80 is a separate fee and does not go toward the actual parts and labor so I paid $240 total to fix a dryer that only cost $550 brand new. In addition, he contacted me after the review and offered me a $30 refund toward the fees if I take this review down. No thanks. I will stand by what I said.

First, the tech had to reschedule the appointment the night before the appointment time. Then, he didn't show up at the rescheduled appointment time and had to be called to find out what was going on. Then I did not get an estimate of additional work to be done until more than 24 hours later. Finally when I tried to pay the invoice for the service call, a LATE FEE had been assessed, although I was trying to pay it less than 24 hours after it was received. I had to call and have a new invoice emailed to me. The only reason I gave him one star for costumer service was because he did provide an accurate assessment during the service call and also deducted $10 for having to reschedule the appointment. I gave him a three for work quality because he didn't really do any work, just provided an assessment of the equipment. Four stars for the value is because $80 is the going rate for a service call.

The job was successful. However, I question whether I would buy this brand again in the future. Kenneth informed me that while the job was done and the code was of the screen,(the only problem) and if it happened again, the entire motherboard would have to be replaced at a cost of at least $250 plus labor and taxes. The range worked OK from the start, it just needed to get rid of this code on the screen interfering with oven results. Strange!

This was the second time that I hired this company. Both times Kenneth has done a great job. He called when the parts came in and told me the price of everything. When I approve the price , he came and finished the job the same day. I programed his info into my phone so if I ever need him again I will have the info.

This company came out and gave a diagnosis very quickly. Nothing has gone well since. I was informed they needed to order a part on the day of diagnosis (Monday 4/27/20). I was informed it would take a few days but they could possibly be back by to repair by the end the week. I received no updates. I tried contacting them again on Friday May 8th (10 days after initial diagnosis). I finally got ahold of Kenneth and he said he was waiting on part and would let me know when it came in. Called again May 13th, left a message and no call back. Called and texted number I had yesterday May 18th. Voice mailbox is now full . I ve called the number for the company multiple times today with no answer and full voice mailbox. If I do not receive some sort of communication from them by tomorrow I will be reporting them to Home Advisor, Angie s List and anyone else that will listen unless they refund me my $80 service fee they charged me. It has been over 3 weeks since they originally came to diagnose with zero follow up to let me know progress.

The young man Kenneth was very good with completing the job. The only complaint was I wasn't informed when the parts were in.and the cost .I compared the cost and found some.were cheaper elsewhere I feel the parts.were very costly..I was also waiting for a phone call from them I .had to do the call back to see when my washer would be repaired. Machine is working pretty good so far.

This company has the worse customer service. They sent out a very polite but incompetent young man. He was at our house 5 times and the original problem is still not resolved. My husband asked him to call his supervisor but he would not. I was told I needed a new water valve to get my ice maker and water to the door working. A few days later he said he had the valve BUT my 10 year old GE Profile fridge was old and they didn t have that part anymore and the valve would be $110.00 + tax +$20 labor alone with the $80 service charges I paid originally for him to come out. He said this will take care of it all. I said yes after he made 2 trips here in one day to get it installed it did not fix the ice maker. It took me a few days to get to talk to him to tell him it s still not fixed. To shorten this already lengthy post he came back one day with an icemaker installed it BUT this time my husband said we re not paying you anymore until we have the ice drop. The new ice maker according to him is defective . We did not pay for that. He was supposed to come back with another one and have not heard from him or his supervisor in a week DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

While the technician who came out did the job well, the communication was very poor. After the first visit, he said he would need to get a part and come back. He offered to come back the next day, but I unfortunately was not available. I asked if he could come Thursday and he agreed. On Thursday, I received a text confirmation, and then he never showed up. I told him we would have to reschedule. On Friday he texted me that his phone died and I guess that is why he could not come. He said he could come that evening or Saturday, but neither of those times worked, so we settled on Monday at noon. On Monday, I received a text to confirm for noon. He showed up at 1 pm. When I opened the door, I greeted him and asked him to come in. He came in without a word or any acknowledgment. In an effort to be friendly, I asked how his day was going, and he said, oh good. That is it. Nothing about missing the appointment or any sort of apology. I went to work on other items around the house, and he finished up. Finally, there had been quite a lot of lint built up in the dryer that he had removed. While he did put it all into a pile, he did not even offer to get a broom to clean it up. I appreciate that my dryer is fixed now, but do not think I will hire this company in the future.

Kenneth was very nice but did not appear confident on the diagnosis. I offered the refrigerator manual when he arrived but he did not use it and could not remove the sliding trays from the freezer and I removed them. When he tried to put them back in he cracked some plastic pieces so I finished putting them back in. Overall disappointed.

The repairman Mr. Ivey came 50 minutes late and did not call to say he would be late. I called him. The day before the appointment I gave him the model number of my fridge and told him the fan was missing a blade, so I needed a new fan. I expected him to bring the part with him. He did not. After looking at the fan , he agreed that a new one was needed., and started to order it. I was not pleased with the way he handled my problem, so told him not to order it, as I had to leave my home within the hour. I am very disappointed.

Kenneth was the repairman who serviced my Kitchenaid stove and refrigerator. He was prompt, courteous, and competent. Had used Sears repair service for years. This is now my go to repair service for my appliances.
