Essential Appliance Repair

Not professional at all.

He said the part was not available, and should get a replacement. I called Samsung directly and it is still a current refrigerator and part is available. Left messages for 3 days with no response. Very unprofessional at the least. Billing from them was from a caliber appliance service and essential. I feel like we were being scammed. I believe Angi should be responsible for recommending an unqualified service person. Would like to recoup my money.

The technician, Ken was a timely , professional and knowledgeable about the job. He completed the job to our satisfaction. I would recommend him to my friends, and associates.

If I would have know upfront how much it would cost I would not have hired this guy. I though Angi was a reputable company but it was not my experience.

This repair man was definitively not personable, he answered minimal questions and he was unable to provide a solution to my problem. He also refused to provided me with a diagnosis. I would never use this service again.

Called on a Friday he was here on a Saturday next day. Service tech was professional , fast even answering all my questions. I would call again or recommend.

Accurate, fast and reliable service.

They do not complete the job and do not answer their phone when you have issues, if they do they make appointments and do not show up or call. I would not recommend them

Very nice man. Had our refrig/freezer back in working order promptly. Very reasonable service cost. Will call him should I have a problem in the future.

My overall experience with Ken was not good, I basically received no valur for the fee I paid him and I would like him to give me my $85 back. He did not provide me with the formal estimate after I asked for it for a week, he overstated the repair costs, asked for 3 parts to be replaced and would only share estimates he changed three times verbally. I warned him that I was not happy with his actions and will warn others about his unethical actions, but he elected to pocket the fee. Advisor asked him to work out the issue but he elected to just lie and cheat. Beware and I would think long and hard before using him for repairs....apparently the $85 fee ge pocketed is more important than an ethical profession
