He said a 80 dollar charge and that would go towards the repair and parts. But he didn't repair my washing machine. He said it was too much work and qoils be cheaper to buy a new one, so I thought he would return at least half of the 80 dollars but he didn't. So I think I got overcharged me for the I initial visit. It wa like he took my money and ran. I had to call him to find out what was going on.

Kenneth is professional and I can tell he knows what he's doing. I'm very happy with his services. In addition, he's a very nice guy. I had problems with the spinning program on my washer. He had told me over the phone that the charge was $ 80 to come and see what the problem was. He came and stayed about an hour and 1/2 because I didn't have the notice he had to look things up. He did not charge me more. Then he ordered the new part, came and changed it a few days later. Done ! I will call him again if I have other problems.

Came to house, diagnosed that a new ice-maker was needed, stated it would take 2 business days to come in then he would return to replace ice-maker. Paid $80.00 for service call. Never heard from them again. Didn't return my phone calls. Never use this company. Not reliable.

The Essential Appliance Repair person brought only hand tools and no test equipment. The problem with my Whirlpool, Cabrio washing machine was an electronic malfunction. The repair person went about the repair piecemeal. He had no parts on-hand and ordered each replacement part one at a time. This method extended the downtime to almost 2 weeks. The Whirlpool, Cabrio washing machine after one use has developed a "bearing issue" (a howling noise) and is leaking on the spin-cycle. After spending nearly $500 it's a "lost cause".

Had a sluggish freezer, not quite freezing or making ice. He showed up and claimed to have cleaned the coils, but there has been no improvement. He said at the time (2 weeks ago) that he'd order a relay and would come and install it when it arrived, but I've heard nothing from him since then. (I called him a week and a half ago, and he said he'd be in sometime last week, but he never called again.) So I paid $80 for no improvement at all.

The young man did not interact, did have an invoice for me. He was Curious, on time, got it done less time than he said. I think the young man really hurt your business. He said upcharged me for the labor when he was only here for 15min. I paid a great amount of money to have poor communication, poor interaction. I was told I only have a 30 day warranty.

As of today I called and scheduled an appointment with this company and the service man was prompt and on time. From there it was down hill. I have an LG washer, and it was leaking from the bottom of the machine. Serviceman came out looked at the machine ran a few cycles and the machine didn't leak. The servicemen had no answer to what my problem was did not even look under the machine. Took the hood off looked for leaks at the top and had no answer for what the problem was. Proceeded to charge me $80.00. He then left and said the service was good for 30 days. I'm not real happy with the service rendered. I'm at the same point before I called except I'm lighter by $80. I'll update this review in the next 30 days.

The repair person that came couldn’t fix my issue said it would be best to by a new dryer find I got that. What have me displeased is that this person burnt my dryer plug and could have caused a electrical fire in my home or caused major electrical problems. He didn’t even say anything about it I noticed after he left that my wall had burnt scares on it. Very unprofessional people need to own up to the mistakes they do.

He needs to decide what his rates are. He told me on the phone it was $70 call out charge, but charged me $80. Then said the part was $170, but he would pay the $10 shipping, so it would only be $160. The day he came to put in the part, it cost me $178. So he charged more to come out & more for the part. He did come out and fix my oven, but not sure I'd ever call him again.

Super nice guy. Came out the next day to look at the fridge. He said he tested all the parts (even though the fridge had no power???) and we only needed the part I told him was out over the phone. He didn't have the part so we waited two more days without a fridge. He was an hour late arriving with the part. Got power to the fridge and said it was working. It wasn't. It had power but wasn't cooling. $170 for nothing and now we are opting to just buy a new fridge. What a waste of time and money.
