Estimate was on time and reasonably priced. Repair personnel were on time, completed job, cleaned up afterward and were very 'professional'. Triangle installed my original roof so, of course, they were my first choice for whit work.

The company came promptly to survey damage & secure roof. A crew came to complete job in a few days. Workers were competent and pleasant.

Workers came as promised, the work was completed in less than 2 days. The roof had hail and wind damage. They removed the old shingles and tarp. Where the underlying wood was damaged, they measured what was needed, and nailed new wood into place. All the new shingles and new tarp were nailed by hand. The workers showed up promptly, and were courteous in speaking to me. Although this had not been part of the contract, they went around the house and tapped in the nails on the gutters where some had worked loose. I have used this company in the past, and would hire them again if needed.

THE CREW WORKING THE JOB ARRIVED ON TIME . THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN A PROFESIONAL MANER DID QUALITY WORK AND CLEANED UP THE JOB SITE . I HAD PROBLEMS THAT WENT BEYOUND THE WORK PERFORMED. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME OUT WITH TWO OF HIS MEN LOCATED THE PROBLEM AN RECOMMENDED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE AND HIS MEN WENT BEYOUND OUR AGREEMENT TO HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE TO ME. MANY COMPANIES WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS.

They were very professional and nice people but the price was way out of range.

Roofers phoned and arrived promptly. Completed the work in a timely way and left everything in good shape.

Triangle Roofing replaced my shingle roof 18 years ago. It was a good experience then so I am having them do this work. I am pleased with the job and professionalism of the employees.

Have used Triangle before to replace my roof and when my father-in-law needed repairs, we called them. They came out and took a look, gave us an estimate, price was good, we approved and they came out to do the work. All in about a weeks time. They gave my 94 yr. old Pop a senior discount and they have always been very nice to work with. They have been around a long time, local, and have always had a good reputation. I would and have recommended them to anyone looking for roofers.

It went great .Work done in one day. Crew cleaned up all trash.

They gave us an estimate. We called them, told them to fix it. They were fast, neat and the roof doesn't leak. It was a good job.

After several rainy days, Triangle Roofing sent a team with one extra hand to ensure completion in one day before the rain returned. They finished by 3 pm. Great work.

I called to schedule an estimate after receiving a card in the mail letting me know it was time to check the flat roof to maintain it properly. They called me back the next day that someone would be out to look at the job. The next day a young man called to let me know he was on his way. When he completed getting the information he needed, he said I would receive a quote promptly. When Triangle sent the cost of the work, they included a 10% senior citizen discount with the contract to sign and return. Once I signed and mailed it back in, Triangle called to let me know they would be coming to complete the work. This was all accomplished in less than 10 days! I had used them before and been very happy, and I cannot say enough about what a professional, outstanding job they did. They always clean everything up after the work is complete. I would highly recommend Triangle to others who have roofing needs. From office staff to the men doing the work, they are an impressive company to do business with and they provide excellent work for a fair price.

Very courteous when he came to give the estimate. Very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Prompt - came when he said he would. Clean - left no sign of having work done. Convenient - came to pick up payment so I did not have to leave work.

The man arrived on time, were very pleasant, started on repairs quickly, answered any and all questions. The price was very reasonable. Hauled away all trash and excess materials to satisfaction.

Triangle Roofing has done many jobs well for us over several years. The recent work involved repairing a wooden overhang, replacing one roof vent, and repairing seals on two others. The estimator showed up promptly, as did the workman. The work was done with a high degree of craftsmanship. Everyone was very professional. They offered a discount for Angie's List members.

It went very well. They were very good and excellent. We have been told by a carpenter that we needed roof repairs done. We had Bayou Concrete come out. They said that the repairs that we were told about does not need repair to be done, that the problem was something else and we actually had a great roof. They did find one that needed replacing and they replaced that. They did not do work. They could have done those that did not need to be done and rip me off. They found something that we could fix which was also good. I told them what I wanted done and they came back and told me I really don’t need to have that done.

Very pleased overall. Only problem was that no one called to schedule appointment for work; they just showed up.

Roofing company crew arrived on time despite the threatening weather conditions. After assessing weather radar information they decided to begin the job. Although the weather continued to look more threatening, the crew focus on the job and were able seal-in the roof area before rain finally overtook the area. The roofing crew took a break during the rain delay and returned once the rain appeared to be decreasing. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate causing the job to be suspended for the day. A two man crew returned the next day (Saturday Morning) as promised to complete the job to my satisfactions. The worksite was completely cleaned of all scrap materials. I was informed by one of the men when they finished and that someone from the company would performed a follow-up inspection.

The estimate to replace the roof was $13,000 on a 1300 sq ft home and a 12x30 carport addition. The estimate was $9,300 for the main house and $3,700 for the carport (roll roofing on the carport). They came out promptly the day after I requested the estimate to do the measuring and they submitted the estimate to me on Saturday. Got a call on Monday asking my thoughts on the estimate. I was expecting to pay about $7,000 for the roof. When I requested why the estimate was so high, I was told that they would check to see if they could lower the estimate and get back to me if they could. I still have not heard anything back from them and it's been over a week. In the meantime, I called another long time professional roofer who quoted the job using the exact same materials and hand nailing shingles and their estimate was $5,100 cheaper! Use caution and get multiple bids because you can "Trust the man from Harahan" may not give you the best price!

I recently used triangle roofing because the company that I normally work with was to busy to get to my client in the time frame that was needed so I decided to try out Triangle Roofing. They were highly referred to me from a couple of business contacts and trust me they did not disappoint. They were neat, friendly, and they did the best work that I have ever seen. My regular roofing company is now my 2nd choice and Triangle Roofing has been my 1st choice for every job since then.

They were absolutely fabulous. Answered our questions promptly, and gave us very detailed information for every step of the job, cleaned up after the job, and we haven't had a single problem. Before signing contract with them, we did compare prices with other vendors, but none displayed the level of professionalism that we excepted when we were to shell out a substantial amount of money for the work that was needed.

The experience was very good from the walk through for the estimate to the completed roof. The inside sales lady is very personable and efficient. Her persistence was the deciding factor. Also, when the estimator came out he answered questions with believable answers on other projects I had in mind. Very professional, knowledgeable people that work at this locally owned company.

A representative first met with me and gave me an estimate for the work. The workmen arrived as promised, and completed the work in the time stated. Upon completion, the work was inspected. I was satisfied with the work, and more than satisfied with the quality of the work. The people with whom I dealt were very professional.

I called this company for an estimate and they took my information and told me they would get back in touch with me to come give an estimate. I never did get a return call. I was disappointed with their lack of commitment to my request to give them business
