Can't say enough about this company; have used them in the past and they come out promptly to give an estimate; send all information via e-mail in a timely manner; set a date when contract is signed and returned; come on time and complete the work contracted, clean up and follow-up with an invoice and ask to be sure you are happy with the work. Wish all companies were this well run and did such excellent work. Highly recommend. Even give a 10% senior citizen discount!

Triangle gave us estimates for either replacing the metal roof or redoing a complete flat roof. We chose the latter. They did the job in two days less than a week after we got the estimate. I can't praise them highly enough. The roofers did a beautiful job efficiently, were very friendly and personable and left our place cleaner than when they started. A five year workmanship warranty to boot! And all at the best price.

The whole process was great! They guys came out late on a Friday to give me an estimate. Since I have a relatively old roof, I asked for two estimates - one for repair and one for replacement. They happily provided both. They performed a very thorough inspection and advised me of several spots on the roof that were in need of repair in addition to the one obvious leak. There were problem spots where shingles or ridge caps were loose or missing because of improper installation and/or storm damage. I received both estimates from Melanie via email and was able to review them both online. I opted for the repair option and was easily able to get the job scheduled for the next Friday. The guys arrived on time, did a beautiful repair job, and cleaned up the site when they were done. I am extremely happy with the experience from beginning to end and will definitely call Triangle back for any future roofing work I need done.

We liked that they hand nailed roofs, the old fashion way. We choose this company because they have been in business for a very long time and we have friends who were ripped off by roofers after Katrina. We are elderly and cannot get on roof and we were showed pictures during the job. The foreman was very friendly and professional. They got at our house early and were finished by the end of the day. Our fascia is old and the guy actually fixed it for us at no charge. They cleaned up and we have had no problems at all. Our neighbors got them to put a new roof on their house a week later.

Our 4 1/2 year old roof is leaking multiple places so called Triangle to see if I can get them to come take a look at it. Person who answered phone was very nice. She took down all my information and said someone would contact me within 48 hours. No one ever did. So I gave them a second chance and called again. I was told she would check into it and call me back. No one ever called back. It has now been 13 days and still no contact. If they are too busy then just say so. Why bother taking all my information, if you are not going to actually contact me.

They showed up as expected, worked continuously in hot sun, until job was completed.

It isn't as though I really understand what was done or if it was done well. I do know that I still have a leak that comes through my air conditioning vent when it rains.

2 Workers arrived around noon. They proceeded to fix the trouble area of the roof. They worked around the 5 hrs. and completed all necessary repairs. They were courteous and explained what they did. Left the area spotless & clean.

The job was done in an impeccable manner. I have a by binn and shut down for 3 days. They finished the job in one day. Their quote was reasonable and job description was very clearly outlined. A definite 5 star performance.

They showed up on time, improved the section that was leaking and replaced all shingles.

Prompt and cheap which was good. Left a bunch of material in the yard and did not re caulk siding after removing and some wood was removed and not replaced. Overall they got the bare minimum done which might require additional labor in the future. It certainly doesn't look professional.

Triangle employees came out and measured twice, then they came and took down old satellite dishes and disposed of them. Then a crew came and did preliminary work on roof sides in preparation for gutters, and then on installation day, crew came as planned and installed gutters. Triangle put up a needed splash guard for us and got us a quick installation date. All employees were professional and courteous. Gutters work fine and we are very satisfied.

Triangle was called in regards to our roofing problem. We called for an appointment and they came out, assessed the damages, sent us a quote the following day and had the repairs done within a few days after that. The work and transition went very smoothly. We're well satisfied with all the work that was done. We would highly recommend to anyone having roofing issues.

Triangle is a professional group -- a friend of the family is in the business (didn't realize this) and I contracted with them instead of Triangle.. The group I contracted with could finish the job by this Sunday and due to the upcoming rain and going out of the country for a while and their extremely reasonable bid -- I immediately accepted their bid -- prior to knowing Triangle's bid -- somewhat unfair to Triangle.

It was a first rate experience from the beginning to completion. Everything was done as promised , workers were polite & respectful of the work area . The crew worked diligently in a timely manner and left the area cleaner than when they started . I would recommend this local company to everyone , glad I chose them .

Triangle was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. From the time they came out for the damage inspection / estimate to the actual repair I was more that pleased. They were more than willing to send their guys back again after the initial repair to address some minor concerns that I had. Overall I'm very happy and glad that Triangle has been our roofer of choice for the past 18 years.
