I called for a quote and wrote a message on Angie's List. After awhile, someone called to say that I would be contacted in the next couple days and that someone would come out and give me a quote. I called 3 days later to ask about it and left a phone message. I called 2 days later to ask that they call and let me know whether or not they were interested. I'm trying to get a job done and this just delays the process. It's the right thing to do to tell me that you're not interested in the job at this time.

Triangle Roofing is very professional. They responded fast and gave me the price estimate, which is not very expensive. A specialist arrived in time and finished work before sunset. He explained everything he did and we were very satisfied with the results.

Work was done for price quoted. Roofer arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional and polite. Great work and cleanup was complete. Replaced some shingles, repaired some areas where nails had come up, and resealed around all vents. I will call Triangle for any future roofing news.

First, let me complement Triangle Roofing for their prompt response to my initial contact. They were there within three days to do an estimate of the damage and promised a reply within two days. The estimate was received and excepted and work was initiated within the next three to four days. That was very efficient. On the first day, the workers arrived early morning and worked past 5:00 pm. The job was completed the next day in less than 3 hours. The workers did a very thorough and professional job. They performed all work in accordance with the repair order. After completion all trash including old nails was picked up and hauled away. I can say without hesitation that Triangle Roofing will be in my future when I need a new roof. They also can rely on my recommendation to others to go to them when a roof repair or a new roof is needed. Secondly, the cost of the repair was below my expectations. I was also impressed with the fact that they offered me a senior discount of 10%. I also had the opportunity to interface with the office staff. They are friendly, courteous and professional.

Replaced the damage boards and hauled away the debris in a quick and timely manner. The two gentlemen were courteous and pleasant. I am pleased to have my roof repaired and no longer leaking into my ceiling.

Terrible. I called and explained that my bay window leaks when the rain is hard and whipping. I was put on hold and the person who answered came back on phone and said that the caulking needs to be replaced and that this company does not do just bay windows. The company's website says "no job too small or too large". For all they know I could have been around the corner from their business,but they never asked. The worst that I've seen yet.

Quote process is fair and employees are knowledgable. BUT prices are extremely inflated to a point of criminal intent.

It took 3 trips from Triangle to get the job done. Evidently there was a misunderstanding with the repair man. They were anxious to do the repair as quoted and finally got the job done. I think the job was a little overpriced, however, I didn't get estimates from other companies. Triangle was very easy to deal with and the owner eager to get the job done properly.

We had a series of storms coming through the area and they worked the calendar so that they could fit my job into the schedule before the massive rain storms. They showed up at the time scheduled and hustled to get it all done before the 1st drops started to fall. A couple of points: 1. Triangle was a company I called b/c we used them back in 2000 and the overall work has held up very nicely. We had a small leak occurring at the vent and the quote included resealing all vents and applying new shingle to the leaking area. While they were up there, they also pulled up the old dish we were no longer using and took it with them to dispose. 2. Although they were not the cheapest vendor, they did provide a solid quote with exactly everything they were going to do and I felt more comfortable with the plan. Very professional. Based on my other quote (which was more summary level), Triangle provided an add'l $100 discount. After I had a discussion with the team, I made a decision to go with Triangle. 3. The only gotcha was once they left, a hour or two later, we noticed there were 4 shingles not glued down. I called up the office and they sent a couple guys back within the hour so they could see the issue and fix before the rain. The way it was explained to me, there was a section that they normally rely on the sun to melt close, but since it was a sunless - cloudy day, this did not happen. They actually found a couple more that needed to be glued down - I think 6-7 in total. I thought about rating the quality as a "B", but since they came back out so quickly and took care of the oversight, I'm giving them a "A". Really appreciated them beating the storm to come back out and make it right. And literally, drops started to fall before they took off again. The crew was pleasant and easy to speak to and I appreciated the hard work to get it all done before the rain started. I would recommend Triangle Roofing LLC and use them again in the future.

Got a estimate, I told them to do the job. They called me with a day and time, they showed up on the day and time, did a excellent job! I have used them 3 times, they are perfectionist! Never had a problem with workmanship, or products used.

I couldn't be more pleased. The crew protected my plants and took care to not damage my yard or other property. From the beginning, I was impressed with Frank's professional demeanor. I considered this a very important investment, and I had a million questions that he answered thoroughly. He kept in touch with me during and after the work, to make sure I was happy with everything. I waited to post a review so I could also comment on the quality of the roof after some time had passed. I have recommended Frank and Triangle Roofing to friends and family, and I will definitely call him when my carport roof is ready to be replaced.

I was shown pictures of before and after the job was done. They even showed me a picture of fireplace flashing that was bad and could only be seen after roof was removed. They fixed the fireplace flashing and did not charge any extra money. I would recommend Triangle roofing to anyone need roof work. After all work was completed, Frank the owner came to my house and waked the roof to check the work done by his employees. When the owner of a business check his employees work that shows how good this company is.

First of all, look carefully at Triangle's overall rating of "A" and then click the histogram--only 78% rated it an "A," which means that 22% rated them a "B" or below (including me unfortunately). The crew came out as scheduled. One guy got to working on the flat roof while another urinated in our driveway by their truck (I don't think he realized we could see him from the house) and another guy smoked a cigarette while sitting at our patio table (hence the low rating for professionalism). The quality and cost of the job ($3385) speaks for itself, as you can see from the photos. The photos were taken LESS THAN A WEEK after this roof job was done. As you can see, there's a lot of standing water and the photo showing the front edge of the job is how our roof looks---despite it being brand new, it looks like it's peeling off. As soon as the roof job was done and I looked at it, I was shocked by the poor quality of the job, especially in view of what I was charged--$3385!!! I kept asking the guys that did the job if anything could be done to trim up their work or make it look better. They said no. I kept asking, so they had the boss come out, and he argued with me saying that the roof job "looks great!" I kept saying that I was not happy with the quality of the work, and can anything be done about how it looks in the front, like trim the pieces since they were slapped on and protrude out into the gutter? The boss INSISTED the job was done right and done well and walked off! Then they sent the sales manager Melanie out to collect payment of the balance (they require 1/3 down when the repair contract is signed), but at least she listened to me, and she had Eddie come out to "fix" the front by filling it in, so what you see is their finished product after Eddie made it look better. When I asked about the standing water on the roof, they said it's "like when they fill in a pot hole in the road" and blew me off. The roof clearly has pockets of standing water (it didn't rain hard) and it still looks like the roof is peeling off despite it being less than a week old. It's now "fixed" according to them. You be the judge; does this look like a quality $3385 roof job that's less than a week old?

I had hired a house inspector to tell me what I needed to repair before selling my home. One of the things he found was the roof needed fixed in 3 places but whole roof was good for another 2 years so did not recommend replacing it and it would not be a problem at selling time. I contacted Triangle because of their reviews. And I was not disappointed. I asked them to check out the roof for repairs and give me a quote for new roof for the new home owners. They found 2 more places that needed repairing and one was for the metal that holds the electrical wires that was rusting. I accepted their quote. Everyone was very nice, polite, helpful and professional. I will recommend them to the new owners of my house when it is sold. That way when they are ready to replace the roof they will know who to call. So yes, I will recommend them. I really am thankful when I can find a company with Integrity and honesty. Started removing roof on day stated. Installation was performed starting that day, and finished the next day. Workers were friendly, roof was inspected several times by foreman and final site inspected by the owner.

Tech came on time and found source of problem quickly. However, it was a backed up A/C drain and not the roof. Was very happy with the thoroughness of the inspection and would call Triangle Roofing first in the future if I have a roof problem in the future.

Called before coming out. The worker went right to work. After the work was completed I saw pictures of everything that was done.
