Description of Work: "Trust the man from Harahan"? Not! I had Triangle Roofing come out to give me an estimate on August 18, 2017. I signed a contract with them on September 1, 2017. They placed a sign in my front yard. Two hours after I signed the contract, I was sent an email apologizing that they had to VOID it. The gentleman that measured the roof also showed up at my door two hours after to remove the sign from my yard. He stated that the measurement on the estimate/quote were incorrect. He forgot to measure one whole side of the roof but this is what you do for a living. ?? I then receive an updated quote for an additional $1,430. I understand people make mistakes so I called the company Monday morning and offered to split the difference ($715). During this time, I never received a call from the owner apologizing or any attempt to rectify the situation nothing.. very unprofessional! Instead, the secretary called me on Wednesday, offered an apology and tried to rectify the situation. She said she would speak to owner about splitting the difference and call me back. After a couple of days and no response, I called them back to get an update. She said he (the owner) would NOT split the difference. Again, he couldn't call me as the owner and tell me himself. I thought I was being more than accommodating and willing to work with them since it was their mistake. I will spread the word about my experience with this company and that will speak volumes! I hope that additional $715 difference was worth it for you and your company. Horrible experience with Triangle Roofing....... BEWARE! I got my new roof from another GAF certified company (Home Bright a certified Angie's list company) for the original price Triangle Roofing quoted and they measured it right the first time. Everything happens for a reason!

Description of Work: TRIANGLE DID A GOOD JOB. I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.

Description of Work: Did chimney flashing and cricket work. Job looked professional but did not fix the leak. When they were informed they said it must be the chimney. Well problem is they sold $3000 of cricket work to fix the leak. Based on their feedback they are now informing me they misdiagnosed the problem, and I wound up spending $3000 and still have a leak. Not sure the "warranty" is worth much. They were professional, but like a lot of service trades the goal and objective of a project may or may not be accomplished even though the "work" is done.

Description of Work: Have not used Triangle yet until all is settled with my insurance company. My insurance company uses them as they are the preferred roofing contractor in the greater New Orleans area. |Although not the cheapest, they are definitely the BEST.

Description of Work: Installed complete new roof, top quality and removed all waste and nails. Triangle hand nails all roofs. This makes the job much better and makes shingles fit and stick better. Fred, owner, came to visit me personally and did assessment. Next day I go Email with proposal. They did such a good job, I hired them to come back and do a roof for my shed. I also get them to do a major repair to my office bldg. I had other bids cheaper, but Fred impressed me (I am in business too) with his professionalism and lived ujp to any promises. I would recommend Triangle to anyone who needs a really great roof.

Description of Work: We recently experienced roof damage because of hurricane Isaac. Having used Triangle Roofing before we called to get an estimate for repairs. They arrived at our home, prepared an estimate and we decided to use Triangle Roofing again. The work was done professionally in a timely manner and the price was competitive as we requested the best material. We found Triangle Roofing employees to be very efficient and friendly. They were dressed in uniform and kept their work area very clean. The company provided us with proof of work men's comp Insurance which is a must according to my attorney friends. I recommend Triangle Roofing to my friends and family.

Description of Work: The flat roof on my home addition leaked after another roofer tried to fix the problem on two separate occasions. Triangle roofing assessed and resolved multiple roofing problems including the flat roof. One representative even suggested a method of replacing the acustical ceiling tiles inside of my home, tiles that were destroyed prior to Triangle's roof replacement. Triangle employs highly experienced roofers that have the knowledge and skills that were needed to fix the problem on my unusual roofing structure. They are customer service oriented and arrived at my home early or on time.

Description of Work: They did a patio cover for us and we had a previous company do a terrible job on skylights and Triangle came and fixed their mistakes. The patio cover (very huge and high quality) was $5500.00. The skylights were around $2000 (4 skylights). They ahd to remove the old ones and replace the shingles all around it.

Description of Work: I only got an estimate, but I had a good experience dealing with them. They were the second lowest price I could find. They were very responsive, professional, and polite. They called back to see if I needed anything else. They really tried hard to get my business, and worked their price down.
