Description of Work: The flooring co. came out and told me because I put wax on the floor I would have to have the floors re-stripped and done over. At a cost of over 1000.00 dollars. I wasn't prepared to spend that much money on one room.

Description of Work: After a rocky start and earlier review Mark and his team really stepped up. He contacted me and ensured that we quickly received an estimate for job. Although we didn't select them, Ron Del did a good job turning a bad experience into a much better one. Good job updating us and following up. We will consider them for future home renovation projects.

Description of Work: Mark quickly responded to my message about getting an estimate. He directed me to call and speak to Courtney. I called the next day. Courtney wasn't available so I left a message. When I didn't hear back after several hours, I called again. She was again unavailable. I left another message and have yet to hear back. That was 5 days ago. I wanted to support a local business. I will go elsewhere.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for $99 for 100 Square Feet of Hardwood Floor Screening and Recoating

Description of Work: My wood floors buckled from extensive moisture and an a/c unit leaking. They replaced 7 boards and came back in 3 different stages to stain and polyurethane to match my existing floors. They did an excellent job! Its like it never happened.

Description of Work: I had a smaller hardwood floor refinishing project. I saw the good reviews on Angie's List for Ron-Del. I was ready to give the job to Ron-Del without getting any other bids. They were not able to schedule an estimator for a week after my first call. As I was in no hurry to have the job started, I agreed to the week appointment. The estimator was prompt and courteous. He looked at the project and informed me it would be approximately one week before I received an estimate. I did not receive a timely estimate and called to find out status. I was told it was not ready but it should be ready within the next week. With no quote after the second week, I called again. I was again told the quote was not ready. After three plus weeks waiting for an estimate, I called another contractor. Their estimator came out the next day. He gave me a quote on the spot and I told him to start the job when he had a crew available. My floor was refinished within one and a half weeks after my first call. Coincidently, a few days after I gave the job to the second contractor, I received the quote from Ron-Del. Their quote was 40% higher then the contractor I hired.

Description of Work: Purchased coupon deal from Angie's list for $189. Coupon offers sanding and floor restoration for 100 sq ft, however the fine print is misleading. The sales representative was rude and unprofessional. Requested a full refund, which has not been issued.

Description of Work: Had them come out to give an estimate. The gentlemen who came out to give the estimate was not sure how the Angie's coupon worked. Took a while to get the estimate from them, had to call their office several times. When I did get the estimate was very high and not what I asked for. Asked them to give me an estimate for labor only not materials and never received it. Called several times for this estimate but they never called me back with the estimate just for labor and not materials. Experience was very bad and the estimate was outrageous for the services to be provided. Would like to get my refund of $200.00 paid since I could not get the correct estimate to use this provider for the services wanted.

Description of Work: Estimator came out twice. He was prompt, professional and highly qualified. Provided free estimate and went the second mile to assist me with a problem. Work is pending because of my travels. (This company replaces an inferior one - Huey Flooring). All contacts with office staff were handled with efficiency.

Description of Work: They installed hardwood floors and tile in my entire home.
