Description of Work: I was having a problem with the pedestal under my washing machine rocking terribly. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly and he was on time. Sadly, the pedestal is not able to be repaired and I'm going to have to replace it. Will definitely call him again in the future for any repair issues.

Description of Work: He came on time and worked efficiently. I declined to have the repairs done and just pay the service call. He did not give me the Angie's list discount he offered online until I asked for it. He also did not give me a copy of the diagnosis automatically and I forgot to ask. I am going to have to contact the company for it. Otherwise, very professional. I don't know how good his repairs are since did not have the repairs done

Calling Mark was a great decision. He set up a time the next day to come out and make the repair. He gave me a two hour window and showed up promptly. He was pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done. He didn't waste any time getting the job done and charged a very reasonable price. This is why i use and love Angies list!

great. he was on time. he looked at the washer. said it was the transmission. that would cost about $500. we decided to just buy a new one. I would definitely refer him to a friend or family member. he was honest and polite.

Mark was in and out within a matter of a half hour. Knew exactly what the problem was, had the part available to fix it. Very efficient. For once, I didn't have that "ripped off" feeling after paying for a repair.

I returned from a trip to discover that the refrigerator was not cooling, and the food in the freezer was defrosting. Mark made room in his schedule to come evaluate the situation. He diagnosed the problem, and was able to repair the refrigerator on the spot. He was prompt and professional.

I called Mark's around 8:30 and he was at my home before noon. He was very cordial and give me a $10 reduction in my bill because I am a member. He was able to solve both appliance issues in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely call on Mark in the future.
