I received both an email and telephone call the day after I sent an inquiry on the Home Advisor website. After speaking with the New Orleans manager, Chris, and accepting the bid he provided, he started the next day as there was a cancellation of an existing scheduled survey. He was professional and answered my questions. I received my survey results the following day as he committed! What a fantastic company and unbelievable turnaround. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
