I paid $1,500.00 in advance for an elevation certificate on my property in Basile on November 26, 2024, as required by Fuselier and Associates. Now I know why they made me pay up front, otherwise I would have canceled this and gone elsewhere. They were extremely slow and unconcerned with my need for the elevation certificate. After many many phone calls and texts with Jeffery [Provider Name Removed], I emailed him and requested a refund in mid December. Miraculously, I was then mailed a plat map which was dated December 2, 2024. And there was still no elevation certificate. Of course, they refused to refund my money and still didn?t send me the elevation certificate, which was required in order to avoid purchasing flood insurance. I finally bought flood insurance for $950.00 so that I could complete the renovation on my house. For those of you wondering why the renovation on my home is taking so long, this is why! Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND! My rating: -1000!

I highly recommend the surveyor for their exceptional efficiency.. They completed the job in a timely manner and provided precise information. I am very satisfied with their services and would definitely use them again in the future.

I hired R.J. Fuselier and Associates to perform a standard boundary survey of my residential property. Chris R. responded to my request for a quote the same day. I was very impressed by his knowledge. Chris immediately understood what type of survey I needed and the urgency of my situation, and he was always quick to respond to my questions. The turnaround time was great--my survey was completed in less than a week. I am very pleased, and I highly recommend this company.

Good people to work with, efficient and timely on completion. I shopped around, they were a little cheaper than others in the area, not by a lot, but they were easy to communicate with and didnâ t keep me waiting. I liked that.

Was hoping to get a little off with all the hard work we put into clearing the property by hand to make it more accessible, but all they could not lower my price. Land surveys in general are a little pricey for my situation but I do not know what all goes into them. I'm sure it's hard work was just wanting a them to work woth me a little bit. Other than that everything went great . Chris was extremely professional and kind and it was done in an extremely timely manner compared to competitors.

They were very pleasant to work with and very professional using all the top technology to do an excellent job of flagging and creating us a perfect detailed survey. Which was much needed for our getting our permits. The price was very reasonable and well worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company. They answered quickly each time I called or emailed, worked me in when they had a cancellation (2 days) and finished the survey the same week. I’d definitely recommend. Their price was better and even the initial time of 2 weeks was better than all other quotes. These guys take care of their customer and their business!
