"Do yourself a favor and just call Chris!!! We had a rat infestation in our attic that we were totally oblivious to. We had seen a few droppings in our home but nothing that was of major concern. We live in Baton Rouge - do not hesitate to call Chris - he services all of South Louisiana!! We called Chris due to seeing a lot of droppings after being out of town for a week... Chris called me as soon as I reached out and listened to our concerns. He came out the next day - Chris is honest and fair. He went above and beyond the call - seriously our attic was disturbingly disgusting full of rat feces, urine throughout every crack and crevice and we HAD NO CLUE!! Chris and his guys did a great job - sealed the bottom of our home, removed all existing insulation in our attic (including an absurd amount of styrofoam from previous owners), all existing feces and urine, sanitized the attic & sprayed in all new insulation. "Charlie was extremely efficient in assessing the entrance points for the bat colony that had been living in my attic. He was very informative about the process for getting the bats relocated. What I especially appreciated was that the procedure would not result in any harm to the bats. It turned out that the whole colony did not evacuate within the expected 3-day period, and several found their way into the house. Charlie was very good about coming back to re-assess and examined the attic area thoroughly. He discovered an entryway by the exhaust fan vent over my stove and blocked it off. All at no additional charge. I am very impressed with his knowledge, and the prompt followup he provided."
