Description of Work: This is a family owned business and I have been using their services for over a year. We own a guest house in New Orleans and another on the Northshore and have Pro's Pest spray on a regular basis at both houses. Roy does a great job, will return at no charge if there is still a problem within a few days after the initial spraying. He is always on time, courteous, professional. His rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Pro's Pest.

+ -1 moreThey were very efficient and on schedule. They were here when they said they were going to be and they were accommodating.
Description of Work: They had come out on June 24th and sprayed for cockroaches in an emergency situation and they said it would take approximately 3-5 days for them to go away. Although there was a noticeable improvement, there was still an issue so I called them and they came out almost immediately rearranging their schedule to do this, and sprayed again for no additional charge.

+ -1 moreI was completely satisfied with their service. My house is raised on concrete blocks. These were then filled with concrete. Usually, they would drill into the blocks and fill them with pesticide foam. After drilling into all the blocks, the technician determined that all of them were filled with concrete, which was actually ideal, but seldom done. The cost of the job was initially quoted to us at $850.00, which we agreed to, but since he did not have to fill the concrete blocks, he informed us that he would only be charging us $700.00, for the job. I thought that was honest and showed integrity, because, frankly, I have no idea what a pest treatment entails. They also worked quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.
Description of Work: Treatment of a raised house (approx 3100 sq ft, over 60 years old) for Native Subterranean and Formosan Termites from ground contact. This was the initial inspection and treatment. The house will be retreated yearly, at a cost of $105.00.
