They came out quickly and gave us a good estimate. Their competitor wanted to charge us $1100 and they came in at $975. They were prompt in calling us back as well as coming out to give us an estimate. We scheduled the tree removal. They were supposed to be here by 10:30 am but they did not arrive till 1 PM. We had to call to see where they were and if we were still scheduled for this day. They indicated that the crew got hung up on another job. We would have appreciated a call. This is something they should put into place in the future. As they came late, they were only able to work about 1 hr due to a heavy thunderstorm that came through in the afternoon. So they were only able to work about 1-1.5 hrs. However, they were back at 7:30 am the next day and completed the work. They had a crew of 4 people and lots of equipment. My husband and I watched how they took a hugh tree down that was hanging over our house. We were impressed with how professional they were....they certainly knew how to take trees down. All in all, we would use them again. The price was very fair and they know their business. I would suggest that they keep their customers informed when they are not going to be able to arrive when scheduled. This was our only issue.

A very tall pecan tree that was planted by my grandfather in Sun. La. was leaning toward the house of my 89 year old mother, She wanted it removed and after contacting several tree services, we decided to go with Zeigler-he was not the cheapest, but knowing that he had insurance and good refrences on Angie's list were the deciding factors. The crew showed up when they said the would, did an outstanding job cutting down the tree and left my mother's yard and driveway in pristine condition-they were very nice and very professional. I would recommend Zeigler's to anyone needing tree's services!

Prompt and professional. Good price, not lowest, but knowing that you get what you pay for, decided to go with my gut after meeting with them. Glad I did.

They did the work when they said they would and left everything in good condition. They are fantastic. We are going to have them come back again. He gave us the best price and then still honored the coupon.

They removed the tree without any damage to my property. They did a good job. They did it cleanly and quickly. I thought that it was a fair price. I thought that the quality of the workers was very good. Somebody came out prior and gave me a price and he looked professional.

Went OK. The cost was more than the other company I have used for similar work. They were prompt. Didn't do all pruning probaby because of a lack of communication between estimator and actual work crew. Equipment was very large & heavy. Had I known it was that large I would not have signed the contract because such equipment causes severe "rutting" on property. I must say all personnel were professional, competent and very easy to work with. Depending on the job I would use their services again.

We have used this company twice, the latest being this morning. Yesterday a giant limb from a big tree in the front yard crashed down, barely missing the roof. I called Zeigler and Scooter was there within a half hour of my call. He gave me an immediate estimate and promised that the crew would be here first thing in the morning. They were here by 7.15; it's now 8.15 and the job is almost done. Two of the people on the crew were here the last time we used them, a good four years ago (also A-plus service) - that says a lot for the quality of the company. You will not go wrong using this company for tree removal (sad though it is to lose a tree). I think they are a bit more expensive than some of the companies 'round here, but their expertise is worth it.

The experience was great. They tell you what they are going to do and they do it. No surprises.
