Description of Work: I had a rodent problem in my rental building. They were very transparent about what my tenants and I could expect from the rodent control process (including what to do when a rodent eventually got stuck to a glue trap). Mr. Kermit was a great resource as well. He was able to suggest ways to prevent future rodent and pest issues and found where the rodents were entering the building.

 + -1 moreI think they are wonderful. I have used them for a number of years and they are by far the best company I have worked with. They are prompt, courteous and priced right. They do the basic extermination for me. They check for everything and if I bring anything to their attention they will make it a point to check extra. They go above and beyond and this company really does take their time. One technician comes out to do the work, but if I ever need something else done they mentioned that they would take care of it for me. I try to use them once a month, but at least once every 2 months. I pay $50.00 a service call and that has been the flat rate for years.

 + -1 moreTheir service is fine. I am in contract with them and I have been using them since 2006. They treat for terminates for us. They treat my house every couple of years and then they check on a yearly annual inspection basis. They do come back and check the traps on a monthly basis for the bates. One technician comes out to do this work and they do a chemical treatment once every 5-10 years.

 + -1 moreThey have been doing work for us for about 5 years. The process is very quick it takes about 10 minutes. They do use chemicals, but it is safe for my pet and the chemicals do not bother him. The spray dries quickly. We like that they do a good job. They do not make a mess. They call me to make an appointment. The people they send out are very professional.

 + -1 moreThey come out once a month and monitor the bates; they also update and do an inspect once a year. We like that they provide a good service and I do not terminates, because of them. We did have one time where there was a confusion about what was going to be done when we put a new patio on with an extension. Every so often we had to put down a new barrier and they said the barrier had to be put down with drilling on the patio instead of just going around the outside; but that was our only issue. Kermit is the one who comes out for us every month.
