The technician, Ashley, was absolutely wonderful from the minute he called to follow up on my request for information to the conclusion of the job. I would not hesitate to hire this company again for any of our future needs. Ashley was very professional and thorough. He answered all of our questions, explained available options and did not try to hard sell any extensive contracts. We were extremely concerned about the carpenter ant invasion and wanted someone out here right away. I looked up the company on Angie's List, sent them a message and got a response within 30 minutes asking for my phone number so that a technician could contact me for further info. I responded with my number and received a call from Ashley within the half hour. As luck would have it, he was going to be in my area the next morning and offered to come by to take a look for us. He was here at 9am the next morning to do the evaluation. He said he would have to order the bait product and that he would call us as soon as he had it to set up a time. He explained that it would take approximately a week to come in. True to his word, he called about 5 days later and we had him come out 2 days later. He generously applied the bait to the problem areas around the exterior of the home and my husband drilled holes in the front wall where they had gained entry to the space between the exterior and interior walls so that he could put it into the wall. By the next morning there were piles of dead ants that had fallen out! I have to admit that I was skeptical about the effectiveness of a bait product on an active invasion, but this stuff was the bomb! He also said he would be glad to do a one time spray throughout the interior for any common household pest and he went throughout the entire home; attic included. There was no mess, no foul odors or anything problematic whatsoever. If you have a problem that needs prompt, professional, effective attention, then call DA Exterminating; and if you're in the Pearl River/ Hickory area, ask for Ashley. You will not be sorry.

Because my renter does not speak English very well me had a problem setting a date to get the work done, but the provider worked with me and we finally got the inspection completed. Once the inspection was done the work was scheduled to be complete the next week. The provider was on time and worked with me to get everything setup and completed with no problems. I would recommend DA Exterminating Co. to my friends and family

The technician was fast in performing the above task. So fast I was concerned about the apparent lack of attention to detail. I intentionally waited 3 months to write this part of the review. I can unequivocally state the technicians speed did not affect the product's effectiveness. After three months the product is still demonstrating it's effectiveness. I will call upon them again soon for preventive measures this time and will recommend them to others.

Arrived on time. Sprayed around baseboards and outside around the house. Very professional and did not hard sell for an annual contract.

I purchased a coupon for this company in early July. It is now August 23rd and I have yet to hear from the company. Approximately 2 weeks after I purchased the coupon, Angie's list sent an email asking for a contact number so the company could contact me and I sent them a home as well as a cell number. Still no contact from them. I am asking for a refund.

Technician was very unobtrusive. He did talk to me about the availability of additional services when his work was complete. Given the quality of the service provided I am considering additional services.

Young man that came was inteligent, well spoken and well behaved. He was on time and did a good job. His employer(s) should be proud of hime.

Representative was prompt & courteous. I could have used a little more explanation but overall the service was good.

So far, so good! We haven't seen any ants in the house! The exterminator told us to call if we have any issues. Very nice! Told us it is $65/quarterly, which is a great price. Definitely recommend them!

The prices was $100 more than the Angie's List price. It was explained to me that their pricing is based upon Linear feet and and square feet. Overall still a good price for an annual treatment. Only one complaint: In order to treat the back of the house they drilled holes in my covered cement patio. Some of the holes were drilled very sloppy. Big gauges and chunks of cement chipped up around the holes. The holes in the front were fine, just the patio area.

They were very thorough and detailed. They looked everywhere and even made some suggestions that were not necessarily termite related. I wish I had the $1,200 they were asking because I think they would have been well worth the money.

Company was very professional. Though my house only has a small crawl space, it is still considered "raised" which I was not aware of (just recently bought my home and am new to the area). Due to the structure of my home, the cost would be roughly twice the price even for a liquid treatment type. In general, this type of house is exponentially more money to get a termite treatment/contract for. However, I have no complaints with the company -- they were very professional and upfront about this additional cost and suggested I pursue a refund if I was not willing to pay the additional cost.

The tech called to confirm the appointment.He arrived on time;explained what he was planning to do as aprt of his service. He also gave us suggestions on what type insects we need to deal with in humid New Orleans. He was very thorough, efficient and professional. We have engaged him to spray our home on a quarterly basis. very good experience.

I purchased a Big Deal, but when the provider came out they quoted me a much higher price than I had paid for the deal, so I have decided to go another route.

I took advantage of one of the deals on Angie's list to get rid of a minor bug problem at the home. The serviceman arrived on time and serviced the home. However, he did not explain anything or ask any questions and was finished in about 10 minutes.

We've used DA Exterminators for years. They are always respectful, prompt and thorough. I like that, since we have a cat and a dog, their products are not harmful to the animals.

Whenever I call the office I get a person answering the phone (not a recording) & they are very helpful.

I've been using DA Exterminating for termite protection for 22 years. They are a great company who have always sent professional + courteous technicians. They do fine work + care about my home. I switched pest control companies 2 years ago- good decision to switch to DA for pest control - NO BUGS! Highly recommend DA.

We been very pleased with them. We have been using them for about 7 years. They come out for us once a year to treat the outside, for termites and then inside they come out for us for about 3 -4 times a year for insects and critters. There treatments are effective. Scheduling is easy to set up. They are always prompt; and if for whatever reason they aren’t, they have called head of time to let us know. They are always responsive. We use them for a general treatment, we live near a bayou and there are a lot of spiders and critters. All the treatments they use does not bother our pets either.

Their service is fine. I am in contract with them and I have been using them since 2006. They treat for terminates for us. They treat my house every couple of years and then they check on a yearly annual inspection basis. They do come back and check the traps on a monthly basis for the bates. One technician comes out to do this work and they do a chemical treatment once every 5-10 years.

I think they are wonderful. I have used them for a number of years and they are by far the best company I have worked with. They are prompt, courteous and priced right. They do the basic extermination for me. They check for everything and if I bring anything to their attention they will make it a point to check extra. They go above and beyond and this company really does take their time. One technician comes out to do the work, but if I ever need something else done they mentioned that they would take care of it for me. I try to use them once a month, but at least once every 2 months. I pay $50.00 a service call and that has been the flat rate for years.
