Service was great. Very professional.

They were good and they did what was supposed to be done. The worker was prompt and courteous. I was satisfied.

The pest treatment went well. The provider was professional and punctual. He also offer advice on how to prevent future problems.

Today July 10th, and no one call me yet to set up appointment. I just don't understand, why would they promote special price, and will not provide the service. I would like my $89.00 back or the service.

I purchased the deal offered by DA exterminating on May 14th. I was contacted by DA via an Angie's List Message, asking me for a phone number to schedule an appointment. I missed the message notification, and it took me until the 19th to respond to them with a phone number. By the time the 26th came around and I still hadn't gotten a call to schedule an appointment, I sent another message to see if someone would call. I got a message back on the 27th apologizing for the delay and saying someone would call me soon. The call came on the 29th, and I selected the option she gave me of a service call between 12 and 1 in the afternoon on Wednesday, June 3rd. I left work to make sure I was home before 12, sat at home until 1, and no one showed up, nor called to tell me they would be late. I called DA to see what was going on, and was told that Kermit was running late because he had an exterior flea treatment to do, and was running behind at least 30 minutes. I'm not sure if anyone was going to call to tell me this, however, because when the woman on the phone clarified my name and address, it turned out that she had scheduled me for Friday June 5th instead of the Wednesday June 3rd. She tried to assure me that it wasn't a big deal, and I told her to cancel the appointment and I would get a refund on the deal I purchased from Angie's List. UPDATE: I received a phone call from Dick Crawford at DA Exterminating on the morning of June 5th. He was very professional and apologetic for the situation, and even offered to perform the service at no charge. I've already decided to go with another company to perform the service, but the apology and attempt to make amends was greatly appreciated.

We have not seen a bug since the service was performed.

The service technician was very polite, professional and thorough. Plan on using this service again.

In a phrase - it hasn't. I bought a one year contract. The amount was promptly charged. The company called me and we made an appointment. The tech did NOT show - but left a hangar for me to call him. He didn't call/text me on the service date to say he might be late - he just stiffed me. I admit I am old fashioned -- but when someone stiffs me for an appointment, I expect a call to apologize and to reschedule.

It turned out great and they did a god job. They were professional and on time. They were respectful and gave a lot of information. They finished in a timely manner.

Awesome. I am not seeing any more roaches and I'd seen three, THREE, the day before they came. The lower mark for punctuality is owed to the fact that no one came on the day we had originally scheduled, which is inconvenient when you wait around for someone. The company responded quickly when I alerted them to this blunder, and things went smoothly after.

No critters inside. No ants outside.

DA Exterminating recommended I contact Angie's list to receive a refund. I am going to contract with DA Exterminating for the Termite treatment and control. Once we cleared up the confusion of what Pest Control vs. Termite Control was, they were prompt and detailed in their inspection and proposal. (my fault on the Pest vs. Termite issue). Now, just need to know if Angie's List will reimburse my original payment for the Pest Control?

Everything worked out fine. From what I've seen I'll recommend them. The guy appeared to be knowledgeable and did a professional job. He has a professional appearance. It turned out fine. It's cheaper than the general market. They showed up at the time that they indicated.

They did what they said they were going to do and I think it was a success. There was an additional cost because of the building size. The scheduling was difficult and I would grade that a “C.” There was a lag time with the scheduling. The technicians were fine and I would grade them an “A.”

The service went very well. We also contracted with them for mosquito services and they were very prompt in calling every month to schedule the time for that and ensure that everything went well. So, I would definitely recommend them. We only contracted for three months when the mosquitoes come out in the summer because it was sad. The initial exterminator is the house that we had bought had a lot of termite infestation and so they came and took care of all of that. They maintain the preventative stuff for us. They came out very soon after we purchased the Big Deal just because the termite were really bad.

I paid for the big deal on Angie's List but they charged me extra for i dont know what via a bill in the mail. Angie's list big deal was $ 65. Bill was about $45.00

They were quick and did a good job. They were very pleasant and on time.

I screwed up and didn't check my answer phone. They had contacted me several times and I never got the message so I wrote a bad review. Subsequent visit today very good.

I am still using them. I set up a permanent arrangement with them. I am very satisfied with their work and their pricing is very reasonable.
