Description of Work: They preformed a thorough termite inspection on our house before we purchased it last year. I was very pleased with the inspection and the time the inspector spent with me during the inspection including the many recommendations and tips. I mentioned that we would be very interested in getting the house under termite contract and she told me to contact her to let her know. I made repeated attempts and left numerous voice mails over several weeks and the calls were either put off or not returned. Because of the lack of responsiveness, the grade is only a C. They did not seem interest in having our business.

Description of Work: I was happy with the work performed. The only comment I have is the initial scheduling took longer than I would have liked. Someone didn't get the message to call me and schedule the visit and it took a few more weeks to make the appointment.

Description of Work: Two appointments were scheduled and they did not show up for either of them. Unfortunately, I purchased the service on an Angie's List Big Deal and am now stuck with a credit (vs. refund) as Angie's List will not budge on their policies.
