Description of Work: I have a termite contract and recently got the yearly renewal. Everything is fine and I'm satisfied with the service, but there was a mixup in the office about the renewal checkup not being done that resulted in an unnecessary visit and some confusing letters.

Description of Work: Placed product in tubes and pushed into the ground in several locations.

Description of Work: Sprayed yard three times for mosquito control. I guess I must have an unusual amount of Mosquitos in my yard because I could hardly tell that it was sprayed. They were very nice people but I was not pleased with the result and would not get this again. I know it doesn't last long term but I could not sit outside the evening after they spayed. I was bit as soon as I sat down.

Description of Work: I have been under exterminating and termite contract with DA since 1982. They have always done what I ask. They have my termite contract, control bugs in my yard, spray for bugs in my house. All in all, they are a great organization to do business with.

Description of Work: First time termite treatment for our house: There was some initial confusion over the cost. Angie's List was selling the treatment for $469 but included a note that elevated foundations would be more. As most foundations in New Orleans are raised, I assumed the increase would not be significant. The first quote they gave me was over $1000. After expressing my concern that this was too great of an increase over the advertised Angie's List price, they worked with me to settle on about $750. They did a great job and their yearly renewal price is hard to beat (~$100).

Description of Work: Termite elimination and prevention. Still undergoing Sentrican treatment, which is apparently working.

Description of Work: I had the interior and exterior perimeters of the house sprayed for pests. Also had pergola wood sprayed to deter carpenter bees from drilling holes as in past years. I was very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: The termite treatment was completed quickly and without any problems. The technicians were very courteous and professional. The only delay occurred when the worker came to survey the house to plan the treatment, he did not tell us to have the utility lines marked before they could dig. So we did have to reschedule resulting in my taking off from work twice. This one employee certainly does not represent the overall experience with company. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
