Description of Work: Had them come out yesterday (6/6/13) to check on why its leaking. Found the problem and cleaned the pan. I also had him check on the Freon. That turned out to be fine also. Did a good job was satisfied.

Description of Work: I have had a service contract with Butcher for several years and have always been pleased with the service. When it was time to replace the unit, Butcher provided the service. Everyone from the sales person (Eddie) to the installers were very accommodating.
