He was amazing!! He not only took the time to treat the yard but broke down his service in which he provided! Would i hire him again? Hell yes! Amazing service!!!!!

Very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. I thought that I could handle this issue being a man with many traps lol, but I feel very reassured by the service and thankful that my wife had the foresight to hire this guy. I felt comfortable with him in my home inspecting all of the rooms for rodent activity and educating me on what to look for and why he was doing what he was doing. I am extremely confident that this problem will soon pass thanks to Mr. Charles. Overly pleased and satisfied with this experience.

During the inspection Mr Charles was very detailed explaining what he was looking for and how the termites traps work. He did a very good job in our house.

Charles was timely and very professional. He explained his process syrp by step and gave helpful information. Not even 2 hours after he left we caught the first rodents! Two more were caught more within 24hrs. I am more than confident we will soon be rid of this rodent issue thanks to McDermott Pest Control Services.

Mr. McDermott was very polite and was on time. Being on time is a big deal with me, I hate to wait for someone I am paying to do a job. He also took the time to answer all our questions and assured us if we had any problems before our next regular service all we had to do was call and he would come back, free of charge. This is our first time working with him, but so far I am very pleased.
