Owner was very professional yet friendly as a next door neighbor. Very punctual and on time. Took his time and made sure all my pest were taken care of and assured me if any more show up just give him a call and he will be glad to come back free of charge. This was the second time I have used his services. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone 𠠠𠠠𠠽𠠠𠠽

I really was expecting more professionalism from this company based upon the individual informing me that they have been in pest control services for 20+ years but he never exhibited anything close to what I've expected a 20+ year person in a profession to do. When he first came out, and we got to talk and said rodents were up in my attic, he never went up in my attic until a week later. That let me knew that he was not serious about what he is trying to do with me as a customer.

Charles and his son have been with me through this horrific experience. From reassuring me, stopping by with more glue traps and offering tips for eradicating and keeping my townhouse clear of rodents! They also offered other tips for other pests and I have elected to sign up for their pest service. He has also worked with my neighbor to make sure her house was clear also— townhouse are notorious for this happening so I am happy that my neighbor chose him also! Great guy! Good Christian man and his son is great also! I recommend these guys completely!

My overall experience was great! In my first night since the service, the trap that McDermott set, caught a mouse. Charles left multiple traps and filled bait stations. He was extremely professional and well-informed on the process of eliminated rodents. He also treated other areas of the home for other types of pest.
