Everything went well, and they did a great job.

I was extremely disappointed with the price. I would call it price gouging. They were two guys who went up on the roof and they worked for about four hours for a dormer leak. They put stuff and finished three to four hours. They went to Home Depot to get a little wood. They charged me $800 for the wood. The price was like over $2400 and in the past like five years ago, I had two guys go up there and fixed it on the other side of the dormer, similar kind of thing and I think it was like $600, $700 at the most and I was thinking these two guys if they got $500-$600, the $2000 went to the company. So I think what a ripoff. So was very dissatisfied. They did a good job but it's just the kind of a ripoff. The board was crocked when I looked up there, it wasn't crocked to begin with and it doesn't leak and that's the acid test but probably the work itself is very good. I provided the paint so they painted it. The two who did roof were very good but not with the pricing.

My experience was outstanding. They are reliable, professional, courteous, and neat. They did not leave any debris, which is very important. My neighbors used them and I got myself put on their waiting list since they came with such high recommendations. Their employees are superb.

They are probably the best in the city. I did not use them for roofing because they are so expensive. They are excellent. They have a sterling name down here. Most people here use them. They are the best. They just used the best materials. They were here immediately.

They were excellent. I got a list of 3 companies from the Vieux Carre Commission who does work in the French Quarter and I have a roof which requires roofing expertise to be able to repair, fix or seal it and these people are the best. They pretty much did it all perfectly in one day and they were gone. It was pretty much a one man crew and they had great work ethic. I haven’t used roofers before to do roofing work and I was pleasantly surprised. They have great reputation and they have been in the roofing business since 1979 so they must be doing something right. I had 3 people and when I called them they came the very next day to look at it and told me all the things that needed to be done. They gave me a price and in the French Quarter things take a long time. If you want anything to be done in your home you have to go through the Vieux Carre Commission. They have it all including the permits and everything and their prices were reasonable. They had to seal two sides of the roof and they had to replace numerous clay tiles which were broken by people who didn’t know what they were doing. They had to seal some skylights and then they had to do the slate at the back and do the whole roof. I have had other people but you learn of these people from word of mouth. The price is very reasonable and fair for what they did. I went up and checked what they did and I am a pretty knowledgeable guy I have done everything you could think off on a house. These guys know what they are doing and they are pretty well trained and they did the best they could. I couldn’t do what they did in one day. We have four fire places and they sealed it. The place was hit by lighting and it was something that was built in the 1830’s. They rebuilt that and I asked them to put copper sheeting over the top of all our fireplaces and they did that. There was a bit of work and they did it in reasonable price. They came at the time they said they would be here.

They employed a large crew and completed the job in less time than I anticipated. My experience was very good.

I was very satisfied with their price and services. they are very reputable they were here before Katrina. they di it on a timely basis they have followup people to check how the services were preformed. I was very happy with the services they preformed

They had done my roof the last time I had it redone. I thought their estimate was high. They were very professional though.

Good, hard working crew. Start of the job was delayed by weather (storms).

i contacted them because i had experience with them in the past. since we had a major hail storm come through our area, it took a little time to quote. quote was equal to the two others i received but like one other the cost of decking was to high. i would use them in future and would recommend - the company i work for uses them all the time.

They arrived timely, completed the job well & left.

Scheduled within a week of call accepting estimate; punctual; neat; professional. Only time can tell if flat roof functions well for warranty period or beyond.

They were on time and extremely polite. The work was excellent - they asked if they had any questions. When they were done, they completely cleaned up the yard.

They did a great job. Their prices are reasonable, they do great work and i would highly recommend them.

We had seven different estimates and we felt the most comfortable with them. It went excellent, they did a very quality and thorough job. We are very pleased with their work.
