Robertson roofing has always been very helpful when my roof needed repairs. Team shows up on time, are courteous and get the job done. I have a defective Fire Free Roof (simulated slate) that was installed in the early 2000s. Robertson Roofing is the only company that would agree to fix it after Hurricane Ida. They fixed it previously after an earlier hurricane as well. Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer makes the simulated slate and you can not get it for repairs now. Fortunately, I had bought some additional slates previously. If another Hurricane hits and my roof is damaged, it is time to get a new roof. I will be going to Robertson for that new roof because of how helpful they have been in the past.

Smoothly and well. Also came back no charge Feb. 2018 to adjust attic vent screen which kept getting clogged; stopped by very quickly.

I was happy with the new roof, however I was very upset at what I would call deceptive pricing practices. No where on their website, in the estimate I received, or on the final invoice was there any mention of an additional 2% fee if I wanted to pay with a credit card.

They did a good job. I had to have them out a couple of times because it was hard to figure out what the problem was. It’s not really an insufficient or inadequate work, it just takes that sometimes. For me, I wasn’t surprised that it took a couple of rounds to get it. I wasn’t home, I was out of town. They didn’t need access to the house. They just needed to get on the garage which they have easy access to, so they came and did the work and left, and when I got back I went and inspected it and it looked good. They were a little slow getting to the second round of work, but quite frankly, it was raining a lot and so, while I wasn’t thrilled with the delay it wasn’t unreasonable. Oh…I’m thrilled with the final result. It looks good. I’m confident it’s going to work. They gave me a one-year warranty on it and the price was reasonable. The only thing that I struggled with a little bit was that it was leaking and I wanted to get it done and it was raining and they took a while to get to it. You don’t need the roofing repair when it’s not raining and when it is raining you can’t repair it. It’s kind of d***ed if you do and d***ed if you don’t. I would use them again.

They were very good and I had a great experience. The quality, customer service and the responsiveness stand out the most.

The estimator was awesome. He gave clear answers to my questions. Most importantly, he advised about things that could be done more cost-effectively by a General Contractor, and also about things that could be safely deferred until roof replacement. I felt that he was very honest and earned my trust. The work crew was very efficient and respectful. They accommodated my color preferences on new roof elements, and handled a small ridge tile issue that was added to the bill at a reasonable price.

I hired Robertson based on recommendations after I had a terrible experience with roofing company. The quote was very detailed, and specific. The guys who did work were very nice, clean and punctual. The problem I had was the scope of work we agreed upon was not carried out and to get it done I had to let them do it their way and still state my dissatisfaction before they would finally agree to do as stated in contract and I brought in my own carpenters at my own expense to get it done. After it was completed, no one even called or contacted me to see if I was happy. In the end in roof looks nice, hopefully will remain leak free for long time but I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

Ron was the private contractor. He was recommended to me. I had problem with the leaks in the roof that I didn't have before. They did an excellent job. They have been in the business for years. They have been very professional. My roof was done on the amount of time they said it would be done in. They found some issues after the roof was torn off that the other guy did and they had to correct it. It cost me actually more than the original. I feel like I have a safe roof for my house. I have learned that I pay for what I get.

They're an excellent company. They're extremely reputable in our area. They were punctual. They cleaned up after they were finished. They made sure they didn't damage any of the shrubs below. After they were finished, there was no nails or anything left lying around anywhere. They were very professional. They were efficient. Many people came out, worked on it and it was done in a couple of days.

Pleased with work, materials, work crew was exceptional and the foreman was outstanding. Highly recommend Robertson Roofing. for anyone need roof repairs or replacements.

The estimate was the lowest of the 3 I obtained. They promptly answered all of my questions regarding the estimate and started the job within the promised 4 week timeframe. The work was done in 2 days and when they finished, the site was so clean, I wasn't able to tell that the were ever there. The only follow up item I had was some I raw wood framing around the gable vent they installed. I called and within a couple of weeks, they came back and painted the wood. The company was very pleasant to deal with.

We got three estimates when we needed a leak repaired and the estimate from Robertson Roofing was the best one we got. We have used them several times in the past - when we needed roof repairs after Katrina, when we had another leak about five years later and this year. The estimator came to our home and a few days later we had the estimate emailed to us. The work commenced a few weeks later. A few days after the roofers left I took my binoculars out to look at the area where the work was done. It looked as if the shingles were not laid down correctly. I called the estimator and asked him to come out to inspect the work. He confirmed that the work had not been done correctly and sent the roofers back to correct the problem. Once the work was done we paid our bill. I was really glad that I asked the estimator to return to inspect the work. The estimator was very easy to work with and concerned that the work got done properly.

It took 3-4 weeks to get an estimate because they were too busy dealing with repairs secondary to a recent hail storm. The wait was worth it. Two other estimates were the same price for half of the work (some companies did not do soffit work), and two of them were twice the price for the full job! After accepting the proposal to complete the job, they told me they would call to schedule a date. Well they never called until the day of...."Can we do the work today?" This was the only weird part, but thankfully I did not need to be home for them to complete the repairs. The job was finished by the end of that day, and I am very pleased with the work!

I spoke to the receptionist and asked for a preliminary investigation of my roof. Nobody ever came out to the house on. I did not feel like tracking them down.

They did a fine job. I was satisfied.

We have never seen a better crew; their work ethic was outstanding, both individually and collectively. Price was exact same as estimates from other companies, but included more work (i.e. another company wanted to install new roof over existing roof).

lue We have used this company for many years for minor and major roof and gutter repairs. About a year before Hurricane Katrina (2005), they installed a new roof. We lost a few shingles and some siding due to Katrina. They worked well with the insurance company and even after Hurricane Issac, checked out roof at no charge. My son used them after Hurricane Issac also. He need a new roof due to Issac. Again, not problems with State Farm Ins. We have been told they are high, but the quality service it well worth it.

It went great overall. I was not at home when they put the roof on, but you would not have even know they were there. There was no mess left behind. They may cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. They are very helpful and trustworthy.
