Needed a new pump, but they've discontinued it,so he did what he could so I could use it until I can hopefully get another one. Washed two loads...so far so good. Also,I needed it done right away and he was here in about an hour. Sooo thankful!!

Jared responded the same day to my request I sent to 3 people. He was friendly and helpful and completed the job on Monday since it was not an urgent need. I would highly recommend and will use again!

Jarod came by today to fix my dryer. It only took him minutes to figure out the problem. He gave me a couple of options and when he left, my dryer was running. Very reasonable and very polite. I will be using him again.

The technician came out and within 5 mins or so he knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it. Very professional and friendly. I would most definitely use this company again as well as refer them.

I think he lost one, or more, parts which rendered the replacement of the fan ineffective. His repair failed. He would not provide an invoice or any paperwork.

Jarod showed up on time and was very professional. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix the washing machine, he overcharged me, and he didn’t attempt to resolve the issue. He charged me $85 for the initial call and said that would be applied to the final cost of the repair. He returned 5 days later with a control board and 56 minutes later charged me an additional $450 (billed for 1.5 hours of labor at $185/hour). He did not apply the $85 to the final price of the repair. The total bill was $535 and my washing machine is still broken.

Replace dishwasher, microwave - possibly repair, replace freezer gasket. Waiting on new dishwasher to install, looking for parts to repair microwave/convection oven - installed new microwave in meantime. Gasket replaced, needs some adjustment. Very responsive. Kept me updated on what is being done. Very easy to communicate with.
