I have absolutely no complaints.
Description of Work: The roof turn out fantastic. It took two full days to complete the job but I have a very large steep roof. They crew did a good job cleaning up their mess. I only found 3 nails that were missed by the large rolling magnet used for this purpose. Premier South worked with me every step of the way and I have recommended them to several friends.

Description of Work: I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my roof last month in August,2015. Mr. Orman didn't waste anytime contacting me. His workers were on time. Mr. Orman was very friendly and professional. He took his time explaining how and when the work would be done. Both work inside and out were done in a professional way. When I first called the office, the Receptionist was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Premier Roofing for all roofing problems. Mr. Orman was a God sent. God bless Premier Roofing!

Description of Work: Representatives of Premier South Roofing responded promptly and showed up at the agreed-upon time. They did a complete inspection of the roof, both inside my attic and on the top of the roof. They located and replaced leaking vent flashing. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the work and will definitely contact them the next time I need roofing work.

Description of Work: Roof inspection, caulked all pipe boots, corrected popped nails, replaced two damaged shingles, replaced wind turbine. They were punctual and followed through on everything we discussed. Contact person in office, Jenny, was very good about calling me to give scheduling info and additional costs. Provided documentation as to the work that was done.

I originally started the roof replacement process with another company. When this other company learned I had non-recoverable depreciation, they pretty much dropped me immediately. I called Premier South and they worked with me on the timing of paying off the half of the work that was not covered by insurance. As far as professionalism, timeliness and quality of work - I have been happy with all three. The rep that I dealt with was professional and answered all my questions. He was easy to get ahold of both before and after the work was done. The crew was on time and finished the entire project in one day. I have also not found any nails in my yard after the project. This was very important to me since I have kids running around outside. We have already had one pretty big hurricane here and the roof held up fine. Overall, I am very happy with the work Premier South performed.

Promised to provide estimate -- no estimate was provided. Promised to be at the home when I met with the insurance adjuster to review the roofing damage -- they were not there. In addition, I never received any telephone call or other communication with an explanation as to the no-show, or even to apologize for not being there or not providing an estimate I could give to the adjuster. The representative seemed nice enough over the telephone, but was obviously totally unreliable.
Description of Work: No services were performed, except for an inspection of the roofing damage with no estimated replacement/repair cost provided.
