Premier South helped bring our family to the light at the end of the tunnel! After over a year of fighting with our insurance company after hurricane Ida, Premier South stepped in and got our replacement approved within a week! Gabe did an excellent job at keeping us in the loop with any updates & explaining all the confusing insurance lingo. Not only that, but they were also able to rid us of the ugly blue tarp that made our house stick out like a sore thumb, and replace it with a new, beautiful roof! If you're looking for a company with great time management skills, Premier South is definitely the way to go... the whole process took less than a month from start to finish. Premier South went above and beyond us & we will definitely be recommending their work to all of our friends and family!

Do NOT trust this company they have gone downhill. If I didn’t work in the construction industry god knows what they would get away with! They are using the wrong flashing which WILL leak. Good luck with the shingle manufacture warranty with the incorrect flashing. This is the second job in a row the wrong flashing was used. Do not trust anything they say, written or verbally. Don’t trust the vague contract they send or assume what you talked about is included in it(emails and phone calls mean nothing to them). Make them spell out every line item thoroughly, get shop drawings and a list of all materials to be used that you went over with the “estimator” DO NOT trust what they say or assume they will do what they tell you. I don’t care how small of a job it is, get this all upfront or you will get screwed. Took over a week of daily emails to get an answer telling me the wrong flashing was used and the leaks I called them out to repair weren’t included and I’d have to pay more. Basically told to read my contract and screw off.

Cesar Padilla was our contact for the company. He was very informative and took very good care of us from start to finish. Our roof was damaged by Hurricane Ida and needed to be replaced. the work was completed on January 25, 2022. The work crews did a great job as well as all the staff at the office. The best quality and professionalism I've ever seen in a roofing company, top to bottom. I owned my own roofing company many years ago. I can recognize quality work, and I also know all the short cuts. With so many poor quality contractors on the market these days, I am very happy to write a great review for this particular one. Premier South Roofing replaced my damaged roof and gutters last spring. Ben White worked with me and my wife to answer all our questions, make recommendations on type and color, and coordinated the crews. Ben was very professional, responsive and followed through with all our requests. You can tell when a roofing company cares about the customer's property by observing their equipment and their techniques. The equipment was well-maintained, did not create an "eye sore" in our neighborhood, and the crews had all the right tools to do the job properly. The workers were all very polite. They protected my house and yard, and they were pleasant while interacting with me and my family. Their installation techniques were just as if I were installing it myself. No shortcuts; no substitutions of inferior materials; great attention to detail. Every corner, every ridge, hip, valley, flashing, gutter - everything was neatly and properly done. Additionally, these crews were having fun together. That was a pleasure to see. From beginning to end, I felt respected as the homeowner, and I got the best quality installation I could have asked for. And I'm a picky customer. Thanks Ben and thanks to your crews. If only Premier South would have completed the job I would have given a better review and not been so nit picky. Isai Florian quoted a roof repair job at my house. I needed new fascia and soffit boards in 4 spots; one corner of my house needed new shingles, ice&water and deck board. When Isai was giving me the quote he said the fascia and soffit will be color match painted to the best of our ability. He said it wouldn’t be a 100% match but would be close and I was ok with that. After the repairs were made and soffit and fascia primed we had days of bad weather move in. Isai had told me they would be back to paint once the weather cleared up. Ok, no problem. 1 month later. Melissa Rubio from premier south calls me asking for payment of the remaining balance. Sure that is fine, the check is in the mail but the job is not complete. Melissa says they are only going to do what is written in the quote and color match painting is not written. She said they do it for some customers but not all. Also, There is second area of the roof that was billed in the quote as requiring new shingles, ice&water and deck board. When the soffit was removed they said there wasn’t a roof leak there so they would not be touching that area of the roof. So they purposely overbid the repair but did not reduce the price when less work had to be done and I would have let that slide but since that was clearly written in the quote as new shingles and ice and water. I say they did not perform everything they billed in the quote. Moral of the story, if you insist on using premier make sure to get everything written down and don’t go by someone’s word. The company lacks integrity as a whole. Up until the paint they had done a good job. I feel like the price was on the high side for what I was having done but I thought they were going to do a thorough job which they did not. They did not perform everything on the quote that we where billed for nor everything that Isai said he was going to do. (Picture is of roof portion that was quoted as needing repair but later determined that it was fine. No work was completed on this area but as billed for it anyway.)

asked for an estimate for a roof repair - they came out and came on time. That's the good news. Then they didn't get the estimate to me the next day as they had promised. Two days later I'm calling & they're saying they will email it to me - still haven't seen it.

I called them and they sent someone out as soon as they could. The employee was professional and easy going. I received 2 estimates (1 for repair and 1 for complete screw replacement) in a day or 2 which was ok. The estimate of 8500 for replacement sounded high so I asked on at least 3 different occasions for a material cost and labor breakdown. Not only did I not receive a breakdown but I got no response at all. No calls, no emails, no nothing for 3 weeks. I realize everyone is busy but it takes almost no time to make a phone call or send an email. This is the reason for the poor rating.

Great. Estimator measured and diagramed roof, provided detailed written estimate. Work started and finished on time, and was cleaned up thoroughly. Estimator was present at start and finish, and visited several times during day. Actual cost was same as estimate ... no surprises.

After the estimate was received (highest out of the 3), I met with their project lead to discuss again all of the particular items I needed addressed in addition to providing a sketch on how the downspouts were to be tied into my area drains. After our initial meeting, the lack of communication began to fail on their part. After 2-3 weeks of waiting, the gutter crew finally showed up and by the end of the day had successfully completed the task. Only problem was half of the downspouts were not where I wanted them (clearly marked on the sketch provided). After several more phone calls over the course of 3-4 weeks as to when they intend to complete the remaining tasks, they finally showed back up. On top of this, I noticed three weeks that they failed to address one of the repair items. Shame on me for releasing funds to pay them prior to me verifying the work completed. Personally, the two biggest complaints I have both stem from a lack of supervision on the jobsite. Both crews had no direction as to the extents of what needed to be completed as well as a lack of communication with me. This is not a company that I would hire again.

They were fast, used quality materials, honored their warranty.

Highly overpriced for work. I have made 2 phones calls requesting they provide the gutter estimate that they were called out for. 3 months later and I still haven't received my estimate for gutters installation. I did however receive a phone call from Stephanie rudely telling me I needed to pay may $250 bill. I told her when I received an estimate for the gutters I would pay the bill.

Took a month to get an estimate. Estimators did throrough job. Waited several weeks to get estimate; but had to actually email them to request it. Told them I had an Angies list coupon, and they said I had to purchase it at Angies list....but it was a discount coupon, so they said they'd honor it at payment. On repair day, crew was 2.5 hours late and never called. I had to call the office to find out they had a flat. The repair took about an hour. Bill came promptly without the discount, so I had to ask for that again. Also requested an estimate on gutters. Guy came out but never sent estimate until I had to ask for it. Sent an email to the company to explain my poor service. They replied but really didn't do anything for me. The repair seems to be OK. We'll see.

Took 2 days because of a lot of rotten decking.

I am grading them an A because they honored the work performed and my warranty had run out. I was impressed that they stood behind the work.

Called for quote. Guy came he was very professional took his measurements sad they would email us a quote. 3 days still no quote .called and talked to an employee who gave a quote of $15,000 for shingle and $25,000-30,000 for metal on the phone . Which is 2-3x as much as any of the professionals on Angie list. In a time of grief and flooding you would think someone wouldn't try and price gouge someone

They arrived on time, were very professional, and did everything as requested. I had a $500 coupon from Angie's List which they honored. The roof looks great! Will highly recommend them to everyone.

Completed inspection and repairs in a timely manner.

We had been struggling for years with a "mystery" roof leak in the sunroom addition of our home. We hired two different roofers (at two different times) to find and fix the source of the leak, but just when we would think our problem was solved, we would end up with water dripping from the ceiling months later. We finally had enough this year and were at it again to find a roofer who could fix this leak. Unfortunately, we kept running into companies that were either uninterested in tackling our repair job or unable to find the source of the leak. FINALLY, Premier South took the time to REALLY look at this section of our roof (and listen to our input on where we finally pinpointed the area of water entry). They found a few issues that seemed to be causing our leak and completed the repair the same day they came out to quote it. I hope I'm not jinxing anything by saying it appears our roof is finally leak free! I can't speak highly enough of how thorough, professional and competent this company is. They were so easy to work with, and I am so glad we stumbled upon them. They are definitely now our go-to roofers for any future needs we might have.

I asked Premier to help me out on a very difficult job we had. I can't say enough about Patrick, the guy went above and beyond from the first time he came out to our house to help us with our problem. We were getting a small amount of water in the house, and had multiple people out to our house to try to find out the source. Needless to say, that was a very difficult task. We had some water draining off roof, coming down an area that was very inadequately flashed, and it was hitting some brick in front of house. Again, I will say I think that this was a very difficult job. Patrick, Ali and their guys kept coming out to get it right. I would say they probably came out to our house 7 or 8 times to get the job done right and never charged us one cent more than the original quote of 900 dollars. It required replacing splash guards on gutters, replacing gutter caps, placing some rain diverters up and replacing (or really placing for the first time correctly), all the flashing. I was very pleased with their work. I plan to move soon, and if I need a roof or gutter guy I know which company I am calling, I would trust them with any job.

The provider was prompt, professional, and communicated in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their service. I would definitely use them again. I had the ability to have the repairs done through a bartering network at no cost, but wanted the job done right. There were several other providers that were offering the same service on Angie's List for @ 50% less, although I did not notice them until I had purchased the service. The positive reviews helped me make my decision.

They were timely and did the work in a great amount of time. The guys knew exactly what they were talking about and made me feel very good about the roof of my new home. I am definitely planning on using their services again in the future if they are needed. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with
