Description of Work: Brand new system installed in 1 day by skilled, considerate employees. Crew was very clean, informative and made sure the job was done right the first time. Just overall great guys and service experience.

Description of Work: My AC unit went out due to a lightning strike. I made the mistake of calling this company out. The response time was fine but when the repairman arrived he proceeded to do a complete evaluation of my whole system and then tried to sell me on a plan that would have cost well over $3000.00 with a one year contract with them. All I wanted was my unit fixed but they had me in a bind since I am disabled and needed my AC fixed ASAP. So, in order to get it fixed I was forced to sign their agreement to ge a discount to get my unit fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Description of Work: They replaced a $60.00 part but charged us $300 for the part then labor. That was also AFTER we signed a maintenance agreement. We cancelled our agreement and will never call them again.

Description of Work: A check-up and more. We had not had the AC looked at in 4 years. Learned several things about our AC we didn't know.

Description of Work: Had two guys out within several days. First one found an electrical cord & outlet melted together. Never said it was an issue, or could never tell me a price on how much it would cost to replace, but wanted to sell a whole new unit or just the unit part in the attic. He himself could not do the repair & would need someone else to come in at a later date to fix it. A day or so later I called up & set up another appointment with another person & he was clueless of the electrical problem in the attic, but insisted that we need a whole new unit for 5 thousand or more when nothing else was wrong with the one we had. Then wanted to sell us the attic part, then stated it would cost about $400 just to change the electrical problem. Never cared if it was changed, too focused on selling a whole new unit. Canceled the discount plan that we had & had to pay the difference from what we owed that we did not pay through the discount plan. We did find someone else to change the electrical outlet & cord for about $250 & was really surprised that it did not catch fire & burn our house down.
