Very prompt and knowledgeable.

Marvin contacted me immediately after I completed my on-line request. Demonstrating he WANTS the work. Arrived on time, he and his vehicle were extremely presentable, offered to cover flooring before bringing attic stairs down ( I had two other companies come and none did such), professional demeanor, worked expeditiously, pricing competitive. Certainly, would recommend this company to friends, family and others!

Mr. Marvin was on time and did not smell of cigarette smoke as other competitors had in the past. What a turn off for nonsmokers. He explained his tasks at hand and answered all of my questions. I want to be more knowledgeable about my home care needs! The fee was $129.95 and the work was air dampening . The simple job was accomplished in 30mins or less.

Marvin came out and cleaned/serviced my A/C today. Marvin did a great job and took the time to inform me of the parts of my A/C. Great price for the service received. I would recommend Marvin to all my friends.

I had an older system that needed to be checked out and cleaned. I suspected it needed more TLC then I could give it. Marvin called me within 1 minute of requesting a phone call. His guys come to my home, where prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

They explained what they were doing and gave me pricing up front. They answered all of my questions gladly. They were very friendly and professional.

Well I guess it's the nature of the beast with a/c companies . I have a older system with issues. They tried to charge me 550 for parts that cost $40 retail. I felt very ripped off for 1 hour of work. I called him and he came back and reduced the price. I still believe it was an excessive amount although I may be naive about the industry. He was knowledgable and performed the work and had my ac back up in running. I just wish this industry in general didn't leave such a sour feeling in my stomach based on what work is actually performed.

The entire process was handled professionally and quickly. Marvin came and gave me an estimate of cost. The next morning he ordered the arts for the furnace and evaporator coil. They arrived the next morning at 8:00 am and immediately started tearing down the old unit. He and his crew never stopped working the entire time and had the new unit and coil installed earlier than he estimated. He made sure there was no mess left in the house. They did an excellent job. This company has a very good work ethic and I am very pleased with the outcome. I will use Marvin again if I ever need this kind of work done.

The crew of workers were very professional. They arrived on time and immediately began working. The job was completed in a timely manner. I found out about Marvin's through Home Advisor, and I couldn't be happier. On Friday afternoon, our old unit literally blew up outside. I called Marvin, and he was there within an hour and explained everything that had happened. It turned out that our compressor, after 15 years, had finally expired. He explained the shift from R22 to A410 refrigerants and that we would need a new unit. On Monday morning at 7 a.m., he was here with everything, and they were done by 11:30 a.m. They were quiet, efficient, very professional and well coordinated. They hauled off the old unit, and there wasn't a speck of dirt from their trips inside the house and into the attic. Over the past year, I have used Marvin to repair our heating unit (bird built a huge nest in the vent pipe, and the unit was short cycling) and to provide an annual AC checkup. We are VERY satisfied and would highly recommend Marvin and his crew. They are also very reasonable in their charges, based on neighbors of mine who have used other companies for the same service.

My air quit cooling on a Saturday of a holiday weekend & I finally contacted HomeAdvisor after having difficulty finding someone who could come out that day. Marvin contacted me shortly after Home Advisor recommended his company. He was on his way to another job but said he would swing by my house on the way to assess the need first. He was there within 10 minutes! He replaced a part had had me up in running right away. He then pointed out that my A/C needed servicing (cleaning) which should have been done by another company that had just been out 3 months ago. He came out later to do that while handling things very professionally the whole time. He will continue to have my business. I highly recommend Marvin's A/C & Heating!!!!!
