Good response and fixed the capacitor issue. Measured the Freon and left. Had to call back same day to return and add 2 lbs. of Froen. Stated that he measured pressures at ambient temp early in the AM. Would have expected that an HVAC expert knows how to properly check Freon pressure. Cost an additional $208 for the return trip.

Mr. Marvin was very professional and courteous. He answer all of my question. He quoted me a price that was reasonable, I accepted and then he got the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend Mr. Marvin to anyone because he will get the job done and he is a very respectable man.

Marvin and his team are very knowledgeable. I needed complete replacement of 4 ton A/C and Gas furnace. The team was very professional and trustworthy. They kept me informed as to what they were doing. They left no mess at all. All empty boxes and old equipment removed from my property. Tested system by lowering temperature to 60 degrees and then warming to 75 degrees. Everything worked perfectly and the new unit runs very quietly. I am extremely happy with my new heat and a/c system. I highly recommend Marvin and his entire team. They will deliver a good product, competitive price and excellent customer service.

Technician arrived on time, and was very nice. Very thorough. Told me everything that was performed on the unit.

I call Mr. Marvin for a leak in my ceiling which I thought was coming from my a/c unit in the attic. He showed up on time was very knowledgeable and professional he diagnose the problem give me my options and continue to evaluate my a/c system. He told me some things I could do to get better efficiency out of my system. Mr. Marvin was suppose to come back the next to finish the work on the problem after he got the right part to fix the problem. He got home found the part and came back and fix my problem. Our AC unit was knocked out by a power surge or lightning on a Thursday night. Marvin responded early Friday to inspect the unit and worked with insurance to arrange for replacement by Saturday morning, so we wouldn't have to go another day in summer heat without AC. He and his team are SO responsive and caring. He provided information to the insurance company and the adjuster approved the replacement in record time. Thank you, Marvin!
