Marvin's A/C & Heating

Needed my new condenser installed and charged with Freon. Marvin's tech came the same day that I contacted them. Efficient work, reasonably priced. I'm happy.

We contacted Marvin for a quote to replace our inside and outside down stairs unit. Our downstairs unit was different from most applications. The inside unit is stored in a closet under the stairs which has limited space. Mr. Marvin took the time to contact several air conditioner manufactures to insure he would install the best unit for our home. I know that no other company would have went this extra mile for us. Travis and his helper came out to install the unit and what a mess they found when removing the old unit. Our house is not on a concrete slab, it is about 4 ft above the ground. We have support beams under the floors and when they removed the old unit found 3 support beams were partially rotten. Travis cut out the rotten areas and nailed new beams in place to insure the air conditioner was supported correctly. They went above and beyond to make this a perfect install. The coils were leaking and had to be replaced. Marvin also enlarged return air vent for better circulation and rebuilt the wood platform for furnace/ac unit support. The unit was charged with Freon and satisfactorily ran for positive inspection. Work Crew cleaned up debris and discarded any trash. Very professional!

They came out to service the AC on a Saturday within 2 hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and cleaned the coils at my request on the same service call. They were friendly, competent, and sent before and after photos. I am very pleased with their performance.

The technician, Travis, arrived 10 minutes early, told me exactly what he was going to do, took pictures of the heating and air conditioning system before and after he serviced and cleaned each part, removed the part that needed replacing and clearly explained why it needed to be replaced. Travis then ran the system trough both heating and air conditioning cycles and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left. Marvin's is a company that you can do business with and be confident your job will be done the right way the first time for a reasonable price.

Marvin and company are fantastic. My wife and I had the very good fortune of contacting this professional, punctual, and extremely reliable company. We were told by other AC companies that they were unavailable until the end of the week but a technician from this company was able to see us on the same day. Our house was flooded last week and it was imperative that the AC worked properly. Marvin's A/C & Heating diagnosed and corrected the problem and the price was very reasonable. After being informed by another AC company that they could not replace my failed condensing unit until the following Monday I called Marvin at 4pm on Friday, and he had a technician at the house within an hour. Marvin got a new condensing unit lined up for Saturday morning had the job complete within 2.5 hours!! Technician Robert was very professional and did a great job getting my problem fixed as soon as possible. I would definitly recommeend Marvin's to family and friends.

A little expensive but good and very accommodating

Marvin came out with a helper. He was very helpful and informative. We also hired him to repair a rental property that we own and rent to two of our sons and their friend. Their price was slightly higher than the estimate from our AC company we have a yearly contract with, but the job was soooo much better. I think we'll be switching our yearly contract to Marvin. The AC unit fairly sparkled when they were done!!

After waiting for another company from 7:00 till 1:00. I called Marvin's and he was there very quickly. This was on Sunday July 3 he told me by 4:00 he was there around 3:00. He fixed my problem and was totally professional. He gave me a refrigerator magnet and it is the only thing on my fridge. He is fair on time and honest. Marvin's A/C and Heating will be the only ones I call for my heating and air needs.

Called me within minutes of posting on home advisor and was at my home within two hours. Marvin was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly located the problems on two units and had me up and running within one hour. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend. Finally found an a/c service company I can trust.
