I will start with an A-PLUS for Marvin's A/C & Heating. He contacted me shortly after Home Advisor recommended his company. If he said he would be here at a certain time, he was. He tracked down A/C problem and got me up and running cool. He then found numerous problems that needed attention, (work that was improperly done by a previous A/C person). I highly recommend Marvin's A/C & Heating!!!!!

Let's start the story this way: I'm STILL waiting for the first guy I called to call me back (it was a referral from a friend). Thank goodness for Home Advisor and Marvin's. My gas home heater was working fine, but wouldn't stay on long enough to bring the room temperature up to what I wanted (old, manual mercury-operated thermostat). I looked up Home Advisor and as soon as I hit the "send" button on my computer, Marvin called me. Within an hour, Travis and Robert were at my house, diagnosing the problem (broken thermostat). They checked everything out and replaced the thermostat with a modern, digital model. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions with great patience and courtesy. I'm I'm very pleased and plan to call them back for a spring AC checkup.

Marvin returned our phone call the same day and promised to send someone the following day. Robert and Reg arrived early and completed the work in about three hours -- removing the two window units, cleaning the units and the cases that holds the units, and replacing the units. Our window units look like new again. Thank you for your assistance.

Marvin's team was here on time. While they were here a while, they didn't spend too much time doing the work, nor did they rush the job. Rooms that have been warm are now cooling along with the rest of the house. They did an excellent job and I'll use them again. Thanks to Marvin and his team!!

I put my info into Home Advisor and had just started to look at the list of recommended providers when my phone rang and it was Marvin. This was on a Saturday morning about 9:30 and I didn't think there was any way I would get a response that day. He said he would be here a little after 11:00 and at 11:00 sharp he was in my driveway. He checked the unit, diagnosed the problem and before 12:30, I was nice and cool. Great service, professional and polite. Will definitely recommend him!

I called Mr. Marvin directly and he came out within an hour and a half. Despite the complicate job, he got it done the same day and my air is back up and running. He even called later on that evening to make sure that everything was still running properly. He was super nice and discussed what my options were. I am satisfied with the work and would call him again.

I called Marvin on a Sun morning expecting to sched an estimate later in the wk. Marvin agreed to come out that same day and gave me a quote that was $1k less than 1hr heating and air (with a better warranty). His quote was detailed with no hidden fees and outlined 3 different options (ranging from replacement to repair). He and an associate showed up the next day and replaced one of my outside condensors in about 2 hours. He even sent me pictures via text message of his work. I will be using his company for my annual maintenance now also(which you only pay for when they come out, not per mo)

Marvin was very professional. He was quick to respond to our A/C emergency and got our air running in a short period of time. He also sent me pictures as the work was being done. I would hire him again if I needed A/C work.

Our blower mother went out at 6pm. Didn't think we could get it fixed that night, so we set up an appointment for the next morning. Marvin called at 8pm, showed up at 8:30pm that night and fixed our a/c. Was very professional and explained all our options before any work was done. Also, all cost were explained. Marvin was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I would recommend Marvin to anyone who had an air condition problem.
