Mark was great! Very professional. I highly recommend him to anyone.

He called me back after I told him what I needed done and he left a message telling me that it would be really expensive to do the work and may cause further damage to the glass top to have it done. He was willing to do the work but wanted to warn me; I was really pleased that he was that frank. We decided not to have the work done at this time but if I have something else come up I'll be sure to call him.

I emailed an inquiry to Mark's Maintenance and after a couple of days, I received a voice mail from Mark himself. He left a detailed voice mail, saying he needed more information and would like to talk before actually coming to do the repair. I sent him some pictures through my iPhone of what I needed done. He then called me again, and saying he was very busy, he set an appointment with me for a few days later. It would have been on a Monday night at 5 p.m. I get off work at 4:30, so I hurried straight home to meet him, and he never showed up, nor called nor emailed. He has also not gotten in touch with me since then to explain what happened, and I've been too busy myself to follow up.

He was professional and it went well.

Freezer went out and needed immediate help. He responded quickly, knew his stuff Excellent service

Responded promptly to my call and arrived on time. After he determined the problem, gave me an accurate estimate of the repair, set up a new appointment for the next day since he had to get a new part and worked with my work schedule to try and accommodate me. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Good service. Very good. He is a really nice guy. He is on time and explains everything fully.

Everything was perfect. He scheduled the appt timely after I made the initial call. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional and performed the job with confidence and in less than an hour. The charge I thought was reasonable.

He charged $75 (one hour of service) as a minimum. I think the price is fair, but the service didn't take that long. I was happy to pay him, though since he was extremely nice and helpful and showed up within 15 minutes of calling him. He said that he doesn't do plumbing now, though, so the service should not be included on the list. He is primarily HVAC. Overall, I would definitely use him again - knowledgeable, nice, prompt, and fairly priced. Very good.

I called Mark around 11AM, He arrived later that day on time, diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly. The price was fair, and the work was professional. I would call him again for electrical work

Mark was right on time and extremely helpful. We didn't know whether our AC needed servicing or repairs/replacing, and Mark was honest about what needed to be done and did the work right away. He explained everything he would do ahead of time and how much it would cost, and then followed through quickly and efficiently. He cleaned out the drain pipe which was super clogged (which had been causing our problems) and also cleaned the inside and outside coils and advised us on how often to have it serviced, what type of filters we ought to buy, and how to know if/when the AC unit needs to be replaced. We also needed help with our bathroom light/vent, and while Mark wasn't able to fix it (as he doesn't do drywall repairs, which we'll need), he provided helpful advice on how the problem needs to be addressed.

They were above and beyond my expectations. They did a good job. I haven't had any problem with it ever since they fitted it.

They came right when they said they would, provided advance information about the employee so we could identify him. Hegave me an estimate based on a bad coupling, which he said took a good bit of labor to remove and replace. Soon after starting work, he showed me that it was only a broken spring. He didn't reduce the final bill from the estimate but he did apply a discount tha the didn't have to. I was so happy to have it done quickly that I didn't argue.

Mark was quick, timely and well priced. His professionalism and caring attitude was much different from other repair men. I felt safe enough to allow him to repair my AC. He was even flexible on our payment.

From start to finish Mark was courteous, honest, and professional. He had us up and running the same day even though he had to make a trip across town to get a part he needed.

On Friday, 6-09-12, my front a/c unit was not working. I messaged Mark on face book late Friday night when the unit stopped working. On Saturday morning at 0830hrs, Mark called me. He told me he was totally book for Saturday, but he could come out Sunday and see what was the problem. I told him that I didn't want him to have to work on Sunday. Mark appreciated that and said that he would come by at 0630hrs on Monday. He pulled in to my drive at 0630hrs on the dot. He evaluated the situation and gave me several options. He told me that he had commitments until about 1400hrs and would be back to do the work at 1430hrs. I decided to replace the old unit and a little after 1400hrs he arrived with the new unit and a light switch which I asked him to replace. Mark installed a new 2 1/2 ton Trane a/c unit and the total fee for the unit, installation, testing, and the light switch was $2300.00. Mark is very courteous and explains everything that he is going to do and than explains everything again as to how it went and what type of service to expect from the new unit. I have used Mark many times for various electrical and a/c problems. He has installed ceiling fans with lights on my patio porch and in my living room; he replaced the back a/c unit and rebuilt the coils in the inside unit. Mark Babin is my go-to technician for all a/c and electrical problems and concerns! He always, I mean ALWAYS does what he tells you he will do, and then always provides you with excellent products at a fair price. Mark is a trustworthy, knowledgeable, skilled technician and craftsman who is polite and courteous, and honest as the day is long! His workmanship is par-excellent and guarantied! Mark is a rare individual whose work-ethics are stellar!!!

Mark was as expected from reading the reviews here on Angie's List. He came by and performed all services as expected, explained in detail the problems I was having and how to prevent these in the future. We have been having some problems with our a/c keeping up with the demand of the summer and after a thorough cleaning it already seems to be working much better and staying cooler in the heat of the day. He was very professional, courteous, and even though he was running late, he gave us a call early on and let us know what was going on. He gave us an estimate a few days prior and it cost exactly what he said it would. I would definitely recommend him for any a/c job or appliance job for that matter that you may have.

I went on Angies List and located a repairman who had good reviews. I emailed him and he responded promptly. He told me exactly what the cost would be for his serivice if the dryer was unrepairable ($75). I agreed to the amount and set up a date and time for him to come by to see the dryer. He arrived promptly and evaluated the dryer and gave his opinion on how much it would cost to repair the dryer vs buying a new one. I agreed that I would be better off purchasing a new dryer since the dryer was so old. He was professional and gave suggested that the dryer vent tubing be cleaned out or purchase a new one with the new dryer for the best result when using the dryer.

I found Mark on Angie's List. I had called an Air Conditioning service which was trying to sell me a new unit. I needed a 2nd opinion. I called Mark. He came out the next morning and was familiar with the brand of unit I currently had. He carefully showed me each step of the service and evaluation. He properly cleaned my unit. He showed me some issues but did not feel a new unit was needed at this time. Said he was sorry for my previous experience and would see me in a year. Call if I had any problems. Mark was very professional. He carefully explained each step of the process and evaluation.He discussed my air flow situation knowledgeably. I would recommend him to anyone.

I called Mark in the morning after finding him on Angie's List. The drum on my dryer wasn't spinning. I gave him the model number of my dryer, he gave me an estimate and he picked up the belt on his way. He was here in the early afternoon on the same day.. He repaired my dryer and even vacuumed all the lint out of it while he had it open. Was a very pleasant experience.

I called Mark and setup an appointment and he was right on time. He replaced an old ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms, and took off a light fixture and added a ceiling fan to the master bedroom. He replaced a faulty light switch and didn't even charge me for it. Mark is a super friendly, honest, and dependable person. I have used him before when I had problems with my A/C unit and he was extremely knowledgable, did a great job, and the price was great too! I can't say enough good things about him.

He completed everything fast and perfect.

Mark was great! Was at my house the very next day, gave me an estimate, went to pick up part and had my washer repaired within an hour. He had already research the error code and new exactly what to do when he came to take a look at my washer. Great Job!!!!

HE came in and quickly found the source of the problem and fixed it quickly. I do not remember the exact part that had to be replaced.

He was very courteous and knowledgeable. They will definitely get my return business with any heating air conditioning issues.
