It went great. Mark was friendly and efficient. The price was decent and he worked with my schedule to get the job done.

It started with another wet spot on my ceiling and after calling three so called A/C men and or plumbers, I had had enough. Either they were very incompetent or very, very good actors in between jobs. Nonetheless after three visits in which I had two additional leaks in my ceiling aside from one growing mold in my second bathroom, it was time to find some with some REAL references. Mr Mark was punctual, thorough and explained every option of my repair, which was very reasonable. My quoted $$ came after I had asked him to do some additional work. I had asked about doing the repair of the ceiling in my bathroom, and Mark was kind enough to tell me that the correct way would take more time that he had, but could recommend someone who did fine work. This I find is an exceptional quality in an individual, because most people will not turn down money, and do a crappy job in order to get it. Mark's Maintenance is a cut above the rest.

Martin is conscientious and capable. The installs were not difficult. He did a standard workman-like job. He came back three days later at no charge to check the caulking which had been a problem. The $99/unit price includes just a standard install with out-of-the box folding plastic parts. I would have liked a more permanent install using custom framing, but that was outside of what Martin does for $99. I have no complaints. he did everything I expected, at a good price, promptly. He is a capable electrical and air conditioning tech.

Mark did an excellent job. He arrived on time to review the work we needed done, called the next day as arranged with an estimate, kept the appointment to do the work and completed it in one visit, and charged exactly what he had quoted (even though the fluorescent fixture required ends as well as the ballast we had anticipated). I am very satisfied with the job he did and plan to use him again for some other maintenance projects we have in mind. Given what many other service calls cost (just for showing up), I believe Mark's charges were extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I found the contractor through Angie's List, was impressed with his report card and sent him an e-mail (this was on a Sunday afternoon). He called on Monday and came out Tuesday afternoon to give us an estimate. He said four of the double breakers would need to be replaced, gave me an estimate on the spot and said he could complete the work that afternoon. Mark removed the old breakers and took one to another company 'just to be sure'. He returned with the new breakers only to find out that they had given him the wrong type (the post was too long and the panel door wouldn't shut). He hopped in his truck and went right back, got the correct breakers and completed the job without charging any extra labor cost.

I have also used Mark for my A/C repairs. He is honest, reliable and very friendly. His quotes are very reasonable and you know you are going to get it done right. I would not hesitate to call him for any of his specialties....refrigeration, plumbing, electrical or a/c! You will see for yourself if you call him.

On May 12th my air conditioner was blowing warm, humid air. I called Mark's Maintenance at 5:30 PM, and he was able to fit me in the next day at 1:00 PM. They arrived early, worked efficiently, and kept me informed every step of the way. This is the second time I used this company in two months. Excellent results.

Great! I think I posted the original report on Angie's List for Mark's Maintenance. I just bought an older house and Mark has done many services for me in the last 4 months, from complicated stuff like getting a vintage stove operational, to hanging blinds on windows for the entire house, for which I kept buying the wrong size. He was patient, gave me the correct size info and returned to finish the job. He has installed an under-the-sink water filter, bolted down the toilet, hung shelving, and checked all kinds of stuff for me, with his special area being air conditioning. He has great experience and I'm so glad he started his own business.

What a wonderful experience. I had an appointment for 9 a.m. and Mark arrived at nine on the dot. He asked to see the indoor portion of our unit, which is in our attic. Before lowering the stairs for access, he asked for an old rug to put down so that our wood floors wouldn't be damaged. That level of professionalism and courtesy typified his work. Before he began work, he detailed what he would be doing. He then spent about 30 minutes cleaning out our AC unit. Our thermostat had been acting up lately, so he replaced it as well. No surprises with the costs. Three hours after he left, I had already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so. My highest recommendation.

I emailed him and he called the following morning to set up an appointment for an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He came the next morning to do the actual work. Everything was accomplished with a couple of hours and the job was excellent. He was prompt, professional, and dependable. The job price was exactly as quoted. I would definitely recommend him and will use again.

He was prompt. Worked for less than two hours, that included leaving to buy parts. He cleaned up after and replaced the appliances. He was very friendly and cleanly dressed. He wasted no time finishing the job.

I called Mark's Maintenance after finding him on Angie's List. Mr. Babin called me back promptly with a price quote. He then scheduled a time to come and do the work on my refrigerator. He was very polite and professional, and I would definitely call him again if I have any repair problems. He also does electrical work, plumbing, and air conditioner repair in addition to working on large appliances.

Very well. He showed up on time and brought the correct tools. He fixed all of the agreed items.

Mark returned my call within 30 minutes, made an appointment for the next business day. He came promptly, diagnosed the problem, then called a supplier to get the part. He left to get the timer and installed it. He is efficient, personable, and his charge was reasonable.

This was our second time using Mark's service. Last time he came by to fix a leaking problem of our air-condition unit. Like before, Mark responded to my call in the same day. This time he and his assistant come to my house the same day I called. They were professional, pleasant and friendly. They checked the problem and gave me a cost, which was very reasonable. They went to get the part right away and came back to finish the job the same morning. I have been very satisfied with their service both times. I would recommend them highly to my friends.

Wonderful service for a very fair price. Mark patched the sheet rock in our ceiling and repainted it. He did a great job - it looks perfect. He then repainted the wall above another shower where it was mildewed and relined the inside of shower. He did yearly maintenance on our air conditioner- adjusted air flow, cleaned and serviced. Everything came out great and our room is now much cooler thanks to his adjusting the air flow!

I called Mark late one afternoon and to my surprise he was still working. He was the middle of a job and said that he would call me back as soon as he was finished. He called me back about thirty minutes late and said that he would be out first thing the next morning at 9 am. I was stocked to see him pulling in the parking lot at 8:45 am. If there is one thing i cannot stand it is waiting around for a repair man to show up. I meet with him and showed him what need to be done. Two an a half hours later he found me and was done. He walked me through step by step telling me what he done, making sure that I understood. While he was cleaning one he notice that one of the units had a broken wire. He informed me that he could fix it for that short term, but that it was only good for a day maybe two at the most. So he fixed it and we made arrangement to replace the unit the next day. To my surprise he was back 3 hours later to replace it. Totally blew my mind. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.

He even found that my unit was still under warranty for certain parts and made some recommendations on safe ways to have the work done and steps to take before calling for the warranty work.
