Everything went great. Shane was excellent with communication. He would call me at least every other day to give me an update. Had some weather messing up the work for a couple of weeks, but again, Shane would contact me and let me know about scheduling. He was very friendly and responded very fast if I had a question. When the weather did break, the job was completed quickly and professionally.

Very well. The contractor was timely and respectful. The work was performed in a professional manner and I feel comfortable that my roof is in good condition and properly sealed to prevent water intrusion.

The roof inspection confirmed that we did not need to replace the roof over the main house; however we have a flat roof over our porch area that is in bad shape. Shane took photographs so we could see the damage. He was very responsive and honest on what would need to be done to repair the flat roof. Through the whole process, he kept us informed of where things stood. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Shane on a Wednesday afternoon after a storm caused a leak in our master bathroom skylight. Shane returned my call with in 10 minutes and let me know they were booked through the next weekend, but he would try to work me in before then. Fifteen minutes later Shane called back and asked it was ok if they came by the next morning. Shane said there was another front coming through over the weekend and he wanted to get my repair in beforehand. Shane and his crew showed up the next morning, on time, and quickly cleaned the debris from the storm off my roof and repaired the leaking skylight. Shane and his crew were on time, courteous, and did excellent work. If we ever have any other roofing needs Shane will be my first call.

He was on time and considerate of my time. Friendly. Respectful. It was seamless. They got my business. I highly recommend them. In fact, I'm letting them put my new roof on. If they don't ultimately perform to my expectation, I will amend this post.

Shane called to set up an initial interview, visit. After the initial meeting, he prepared a cost estimate and breakdown of services to be rendered. Once we gave the word to get mobilized, he kept constant phone contact on scheduling (weather delays, etc.). The day of the install, he personally came by to make sure there were no questions. Called to set up a post-install meeting at the house in case I had any concerns or questions. Shane is a great, honest guy; very available via phone; and very professional. I'd highly recommend using Echelon for your present/future roofing needs!

The whole experience in the replacement of the roof of my house was a great one. Shane Casey, Echelon's senior estimator, came out to do the inspection and let us know what to expect. The measurements of the roof were actuall done by satellite. After we picked the kind and color of shingles, Shane came back with a very fair estimate. The day to start was agreed abound. But, the job was delayed due several very rainy days. Once the first sunny day came along the job was started and finished the same day. The crew did a beautiful job on the roof and on the clean up. Everything was done very smoothly and professionally. Shane did not ask for payment on the job until I was happy. I would recommend Echelon for roofing jobs without hesitation.

The roof doesn't need service at this time, but I will call this provider when it is time, as he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

My 15 year old roof was in need of replacement due to recent hail storms. Shane Casey spent a great deal of time helping me with insurance filings and helping to guide me through the process. The crew completed the roof in 1 1/2 days (2500 sft single story home). Echelon did everything they promised. i was very pleased and would recommend them to others.

Shane first contacted us in November, 2103. With the holidays approaching, we delayed the discussion until after the first of the year. In early January, Shane followed up with us and the process started. He was very helpful, thorough, timely and respectful, but NEVER pushy!!! We had numerous questions and Shane was very happy to address each one. Choosing a shingle took some time and Shane delivered shingle sample boards on 2 different occasions and gave me addresses to view homes roofed with the shingles that I was considering. He also provided an extensive list of references that I could contact. Once all of the decisions were made and the questions were answered, Shane and Mark quickly and effectively scheduled and accomplished the work. The job was scheduled for one week after the contract was signed. Great consideration was given to the weather before and during the process. The start of the roofing was delayed one day due to rain, but was then completed in 3 days. Mark supervised the job and was on-site the entire time. The entire crew was respectful, timely and efficient. During the 5 days (2 for wood replacement and 3 for the roof) Shane contacted me at least morning and night to update me (even sent pictures!!) on the schedule and progress. There were other times that he updated me as well during the day if the need arose. The supplies were delivered the morning the job started and the site was kept tidy as possible. After completion, a very thorough clean up was accomplished then Mark and Shane came back to make a final sweep and to check that everything was taken care of. This entire experience was extremely easy and pleasant! The quality of the product delivered is exceptional. Every concern (and there were very few) was addressed respectfully, without question and in a very timely manner. I would very highly recommend this professional team to anyone!!

I was very extremely pleased with the quality work Echelon Roofing did for me. From my first contact with their senior estimator Shane Casey I knew they were the people I wanted to hire to do my roof. Shane showed up on time and went over every detail for me where I felt very at ease having his company do the work on my home. The roof was measured by satellite. Very up to date and again it made me feel these are the people I wanted doing my roof. The crew came and did a great job and left my home nice and clean and all the nails were picked up. Shane was very good to work with from the start. He was recommended to me by multiple friends and Shane lived up it. He patiently explained the various materials, and answered all of my many questions. After we agreed on the project, materials, and price, Shane scheduled the work and it was completed on time. The workers arrived early on the day scheduled, did a quality job, and cleaned up all of the old shingles and debris, including nails. The roof looks beautiful and I am really pleased with the work. Shane was involved in this job every step of the way and provides outstanding customer service.

Provider was very thorough during pre-inspection and had great communication before estimate was even given. Company seems to be very family oriented and has good work ethic. Contractor was very knowledgable and carful. Worked all day to meet deadline and cleaned very thoroughly after project was complete.

Apparently Echelon Roofing is newly renamed; the company was Eagle USA Roofing when I spoke to Shane Casey in October 2012. Eagle Roofing's pricing was consistent with other bids we got. He made several suggestions as to what we could do instead of peaking the flat roof, and was good about providing us with information about the options. He had a reasonable solution to the leaking skylights. The primary reason we didn't hire him was because I was uncomfortable with a conversation that took place during the bid process. He and his branch manager, Tony Lehne, had a supposedly impromptu discussion about whether the roofing had hail damage, and came to the conclusion that it had. They suggested that I contact my insurance company, assuring me that the repairs should be covered. (The conversation seems to be part of their sales pitch, since several of the reviews on Angie's List praised them for discovering hail damage, and suggesting that the homeowners contact their insurance company. ) I pointed out that we didn't have hail damage, that the problem with the roof was that the skylights leaked because they were originally installed poorly, and that the flat roof leaked because it collected leaves and rainwater. He assured me that wouldn't matter, that insurance should cover at least some of the repair costs and save me some money. (After the job was done by someone else and the old metal roofing lowered to the ground for disposal, I looked closely at it; there was no evidence of hail damage.) I appreciate that he was trying to help me (or rather, have my insurance company help me) with repair costs. However, I am a Golden Rules person, and I treat others--including businesses--as I would prefer they treat me. I was not ready to lie about the damage in order to save a few bucks.

I had called them 6/28/2013. We set up an appointment for him to go and a**** the property on 7/2 and he did that. He called on 7/8 and said he would have an estimate but he needed to run it by his boss 1st. On 7/10 he left me a message after 6:30 pm and I called him back the next morning and he just got back to me today to say that his boss is not around and he could not do a job like the one I needed if he wasn't around so they could not do the job. I would have preferred them to be straight forward with me from the start now I am behind on a needed project.

Shane Casey was a real professional, he did everything to make it less stressful dealing with the insurance company and the roofers. He explained everything and was very punctual and great communication. During the actual work if he was not there his son was so there was never that that feeling that I was in this by myself.

Our roof needed to be replaced, and unfortunately our insurance company was not the slightest bit concerned about the hail damage sustained earlier in the year, therefore we knew we were going to be 100% out of pocket. My husband really did his homework and obtained numerous bids over the course of a couple of months. We were initially impressed with Shane's professionalism, but his quote was among the higher ones we obtained, so we deliberated (dragged our feet). During this time Shane followed up with us; not in a pushy way, but expressing his desire to secure the job and offering to negotiate. After finally deciding to bite the bullet, we called Shane back and he was able to match our other, lower quote, as it was getting close to Christmas time and work was slow. Shane really went above and beyond when he agreed to my husband's request to honor the substantial "coupon deal" they were offering on Angie's list at the time. This made my cost-conscious hubby VERY happy! Shane was extremely helpful throughout. He explained all of the ins and outs, detailed materials and workmanship, provided us with copies of his company's insurance etc., met with my husband at his office to finalize the contract, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He even had his wife come out and help us choose a color! On D-Day, the crew showed up on time and ready to go. They were like a swarm of bees all over the roof, working like a well-oiled machine! Shane came to the door and introduced his foreman and stayed around while the work got underway. Afterwards, he came out and met with my husband to walk us through the follow-up. Everything was cleaned up, spic and span, and they made several passes around the perimeter with a magnetic bar to pick up any stray roofing nails. He has also followed up with us since then, to see if we had any questions or concerns. We really can't say enough about the high quality of service we received and the end result was all that we'd hoped for. Best of all, it was a good experience from start to finish! We would recommend Shane and his company to anyone in need of a new roof.

The work was 95% complete in two and a half days, totally complete in about ten days. The last thing they had to do was fix a couple of things that were not to our satisfaction, but they took care of the issues. At our request they protected our trees and shrubs, and carefully ran the magnets over our yard to remove nails and metal scraps left over from the work. Senior Estimator Shane Casey went far beyond the call of duty. Not only did he correctly estimate the cost of the project, but when the insurance company failed to give us credit for thirty-pound felt (they only allowed 15-pound), Shane did not rest until it was straightened out. He provided documentation and pictures to the insurance adjuster and made himself available even after hours. He took calls from me and answered emails and texts, even after the project was completed. Eagle USA Roofing honored the Angie's list coupon even though I joined Angie's after agreeing to have the work done.
