I had a great experience. Shane from echelon was very communicative through the entire roof replacement process. The team was punctual and professional. The entire job was completed in 2 days. I would highly recommend this Echelon roofing for any roofing needs.

It could not have gone better. After wind from a tornado damaged my whole roof, my insurer insisted over and over that it would only replace one-half of the roof. I wasted 9 months dealing with the first 4 roofing contractors I contacted. None of them could convince my insurer to pay for an entire new roof for my building. And all of those first 4 roofers were incompetent in other ways, including lying to me and eventually not returning my phone calls. Reliable roofers are really hard to find! And in the meantime more and more water damage to drywall and interior paint occured despite 2 temporary repairs. Nine months after the tornado damage I was a defeated man, in extremely poor health, unable to work, and spending a lot of time in doctors' offices. Then I called Shane Casey, a Senior Estimator for Echelon Roofing. When he first suggested I let him try to talk my insurer into paying for an entire new roof I told him not to bother, but later realized it was worth one more try. And then Shane convinced my insurer to replace my entire roof with just one phone call! After that, he convinced a first-class crew to do the work at the time when New Orleans was a coronavirus hotspot & almost no crews were willing to set foot in the city. The entire roof, which is so high and steep most roofers refuse to work on it, was replaced in a single day, very soon after my first call to Shane. Not only that, but they removed 2 chimneys and installed a new ridge vent at no extra cost! And the new ridge vent reduced my Entergy bills and my tenants' Entergy bills by well over 50%! Thanks to Shane both my tenants and I will save over $1000 in heating & cooling costs per year for as long as we live here (in my case, the rest of my life)! Shane Casey is the most professional businessman I have ever met. On his first visit he gave me copies of Echelon's licensing and bonding certificates. He always returned phone calls and texts within minutes. He gave me progress reports daily until the new roof was completely installed. When anyone asks me to refer them to a roofer, I always say, "Don't waste your time. Call Echelon and ask for Shane Casey."

It went great. As scheduled. Punctual, cleaned up all debris.

Shane was the primary contact, and I had used him to install the original roof several years ago. Leo came out, determined the damage to be to the chimney cap and verified the flashing was still good. He made sure the attic had adequate temporary leak shielding. They sent an individual to repair the damage to the metal cap (improving on the original construction) and to replace the wood trim and paint. Even though they had other jobs going, they worked me in to minimize the water damage to the decking from the chimney leak. As with the original roof install, they were professional (Shane always calls back quickly if he doesn't answer straight away), worked the job straight through, and cleaned up the demo material and hauled it away. Whole roof or repair work, same great service for me.

Shane and the crew that worked on my roof were excellent, professional and hard working. They cleaned up everything, removed the dumpster and used the nail sweep. Blew carport several times. When they left it was like they had never been there (nothing was out of place) except I had a beautiful new roof. I appreciated the upgrade to architectural shingles. I love my beautiful new roof.

Shane & Pierson did a full inspection and sealed the troubled areas which had caused me grief & concern after all the money for the new roof & the other roofer refusing to properly install.

The local sales manager, Shane was all we could have asked for, and then some. He was very thorough and professional in helping us select types of roofing materials and suggesting ideas to make the end product as good as it could be within our budget. The price was more than fair and I am sure we would not have gotten nearly as much as we did for the price from any other roofing contractor. We got several bids on the roof replacement, but liked Shane right from the beginning and in the end wound up sticking with him. It was the right decision and I highly recommend calling these guys if you need roofing work done in the BR metro area. Here's a tip, ask for the crew headed by Leo. He is a Mexican immigrant and so are all of his crew, but you could not ask for better roofers. Their work was flawless and they were very professional. It took nearly a week to complete our job, but at the end of every day you could not tell any work was going on other than a small neat stack of roofing materials in a corner of the yard. They cleaned up completely every day before leaving. Leo was such a pleasure to work with. He speaks very good English and is very polite and will do anything to make things go smoothly. He is also a fantastic metal smith, he installed copper flashing around my two fireplace chimneys that is very decorative. I spoke with others with the company through emails at the home office in Austin, and they all seem to have the same attitude that Shane has - they are very accommodating and honest!

The person said that the roof was too hold to even renail those blown off shingle that I had removed off the ground.He wanted to replace the whole roof .The roof is 17 years old with a warranty of 25 yeas.Eventually he agree to renail the shingles but did not inspect the whole roof as he was supposed to do.Shame on him!

Everything went smoothly. Shane was very good at staying in touch and answering questions. Leo and his team of roofers were very hard working and conscientious. They were very good at cleaning the area each day and after all of the work was done. The roof looks very nice too! Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend this company!
